The Cartel del Noreste, one of the organizations that in recent months has been characterized by constant attacks on police forces, currently recruits young women to serve as hawks or even sicarias.

On social networks, for example, “La Chichis” was identified, as an active sicaria who works for the CDN in Nuevo Laredo, Tamaulipas. With heavy caliber weapons, bulletproof vests, communication radios and other tactical equipment is how a young woman identified as Jennifer Pérez, “La Chichis” poses.

It is known that she is one more member of this cartel, which normally is dedicated to recruiting children because they take advantage of the vulnerable situation in which they live.

The  Cartel del Noreste has links with “Los Zetas”, who already have great experience within the country, which is why it has become the strongest criminal groups. In recent times it has been known that this organization began recruiting women to perform the same functions as minors.

“La Chichis” “has not been the only woman who joined the ranks of the Cartel del Noreste, days before those images leaked, photos of Cecilia Treviño,” La Ceci “, also a member of the Cartel del Noreste, were published, who is suspected of various crimes, including extortion, theft, kidnapping and executions.

The Twitter account of @loba_indomable ensures that the halcona , ie “hawk ” or lookout,  goes by the name of Ceci Treviño de Vargas. She is noted for belonging to the Cartel del Noreste as well as openly displaying  herself on social networks.

The woman is said to live in Nuevo Laredo, Tamaulipas, where she works as a halcona or ” hawk” for the Cartel del Noreste. In the images that circulate on social networks, a woman can be seen using a communication device and wearing a camo print tank top.
