“El Chapo” Guzmán Loera and his family want to build a public university in Badiraguato, Sinaloa

The information was confirmed by the lawyer José Luis González Meza, legal representative of the mother of “El Chapo” Guzmán. The former leader of the Sinaloa Cartel , Joaquín “El Chapo ” Guzmán and his family plan the construction of a public university in Badiraguato, Sinaloa.
