Celaya, Guanajuato: CJNG Grupo Elite Kills El Marro’s Sister and His Regional Leader

Celaya, Guanajuato – Armed hitmen entered a church in Pelavacas, a town of Celaya Guanajuato while a wedding was taking place.

Local media and comments from people on social networks have unofficially confirmed the deaths of 4 people who were killed in the church. A woman killed was said to be the sister of Jose Yepez “El Marro” leader of the Santa Rosa De Lima Cartel. In addition she was also the bride. [ Karem Lizbeth Yépez Ortiz]

Also in this armed attack the groom was kidnapped. It’s being said he was the regional boss who had close connections to El Marro, the Cartel Santa Rosa de Lima leader whose whereabouts are unknown.
