Cartel del Golfo: An Alleged Kidnapper Is Weirdly Punished

A recent release of videos are making the rounds online. For these broadcasts an individual by the name of Oscar Javier Zúñiga Castellanos aka El Catracho appears in sound and film. The leaked videos give insight to the activities of an alleged kidnapper of Honduran descent. 

Internet sources claim he impersonates a State Policeman. He’s supposedly an associate under the command of El Tigre for the Gulf Cartel.

For the first broadcast Oscar is extorting someone over the phone under threat of murdering his captive if payment is refused. And for the second film Oscar is being punished for stealing within his criminal cell. His penalty isn’t a beating or murder. It’s sexual humiliation at the hands of his perverted cohorts.
