Reynosa, Tamaulipas: 4 Individuals Apprehended After A Kidnapping

The Government of Tamaulipas, through the Secretariat of Public Security, reported that last Friday night, State Police personnel rescued a person who had been kidnapped. In addition to arresting four subjects probably related to the events. They also seized a vehicle with a report of theft.

At approximately 9:00 p.m., the state elements were conducting security and surveillance tours in the vicinity of the Balcones de Alcalá neighborhood.
