Since, for many centuries democracy has been promoted and projected to be ‘FOR the PEOPLE, By the PEOPLE and From the People’ , we ought-to-have option of having ‘NATIONAL NOT-VOTING LIST’ published/promoted indicating citizens wiliness to validate candidates/parties holistically as opposed to only option provided —> “choose lesser corrupt/immoral/crook out of following options”!
