The Current President of Costa Rica, Laura Chinchilla, has make another attempt to sell out the country. 

After making several loans in the millions and billions, she proceeded to barrow more money from the International Bank.  These are the same bankers, BANK$TERS, that repossessed Greece, Cyprus, and several cities and counties in the USA. 
The president’s popularity has drooped significantly in the past year, inciting mass protesting across the country.  Among some of the past protesting included the introduction of GMO foods and seeds to the agriculture communities.  This was another sell out for the people in Costa Rica.  To allow Monsanto to contaminate the fields with their patent seed stock.

President approval loan
 of $200 million for higher education.

The country is accepting a loan of $200 million from the International Bank for Reconstruction and Development for higher education.

Casa Presidencial said the money would be used to improve access, and quality and increase innovations and scientific and technological development.

President  Laura Chinchilla signed a decree authorizing the loan. The money will go to the educational agencies for distribution.

IF Costa Rica is not careful, they will taken over financially.  As with the other countries.  There has been talk about charging the President with treason.    Lets hope if it comes down to the similar ill fate of Greece, that the citizens and residents of Costa Rica put the bankers in jail along with a few political representatives.  Costa Rica needs to learn from Iceland on how to treat fiscal criminals.  BY PUTTING THEM IN JAIL.  Also just a note, the central bank of Costa Rica is owned by the Rothchilds. Alone with 170 other countries.  World dominance by this family will include and consume Costa Rica. 



The results of this new loan for higher education will be higher tuition fees for students.  I have also suspected that the Monsanto Corporation has donated money to the Tecnologico Institute de Costa Rica, TEC.  They have been persuading students of the benefits of GMO seeds and GMO foods in the culture.  That is another attempt to take over a country.  


Will Costa Rica return to a Banana Republic as is was a century ago?  Will the citizens of Costa Rica fight and protest their austerity measures?  Will the past 2 presidents be incarcerated for treason?  Including former Nobel Prize winner Oscar Arias.  Who, along with the USA’s influential corruption passed the CAFTA, Central America Free Trade Agreement.  Costa Rica was the only country that held out  approving this detrimental agreement.  These are enduring questions that Costa Rica needs to address for a stable future of their country.  Most importantly the financial takeover of their country.
