ALL CONSTITUTIONS DECLARED NULL AND VOID

The ORDER
I, Denderah-Cherokee-Washitaw-Brothers:EL, declare all “countries”, “nations”, “states”, “city”, et al, Constitutions Null and Void; and no new Constitutions will be created. This includes, but is not limited to, all Bill of Rights, Amendments, Civil Rights or its equivalent in other “countries”, “nations”, “states”, et al. Thus all laws created by the use of said document.

All “Nations”, “States”, “Governments”, and Agents Must Assent and Return ALL Powers of Authority to the Indigenous Heirs to the Land they currently inhabit.

Nation-States are unable to pay debt owed to the indigenous land owners, thus liquidation of all assets must commence immediately.

An international Tribunal sentient-body will supervise receivership in the acquisition of property, artifacts, and all treasures belonging to each land. It should be located, acquired and secured only; not “held”, “invested” or otherwise.

The international tribunal will not management landed (real) property; but appropriate and supervision the liquidation of all assets held by “nations”, “states”, “governments”, “citizens”, “residents”, etc. These assets must be converted into real currency of precious metal (Gold, Silver, etc.) and gem stones. All monetary paper currency must be disposed of by fire.

Once all assets have been liquidated into a natural currency (Precious Metal, Gem Stone) the liquidated assets should be placed on the landmass which owns it; into a vaulted structure for the ready use by the indigenous people of that land.

***Governments and Agencies Must Vacate All Property and Prepare it for demolition.
