Dear John Wells,

 I just got more legal briefs that I wrote in the past. The newest one was for Otto Beracini and his brother Bobby.  This brief actually won.  This is an interesting story as the Barracini brothers have exotic animals, and the federal agents at the department of Agriculture sized all the animals.  Bobby and were very upset.  Remember in the Clint Eastwood movie called “Any Which Way But Loose”, there appeared a large  Orangutan named Clyde.  Clyde belonged to Otto Beracini.  

The Berrocini brothers had a show at the Star Dust Casino called the “Lido”.  If you check out your history you will find that this show was running during the time that Spilotro and the Stardust Gaming License was being fought over (see movie Casino).  Note that it was the late George Grazaidie was the real attorney that was fighting for the Gaming License at that time.
  I became very good friends with the Barracini Brothers as I ended up saving Clyde.  The Bericini Brothers were very famous and well known.  So as you can see I was really working with some interesting people.  I never got paid a dime, to do any of these legal briefs, as I was doing what I thought was right, helping people stand up against tyranny.  Note also that during this period of time I ran three laundry stores in Las Vegas, and I was actually washing all of the bedspreads for the Star Dust, and I used to pay a business rebate to the head house keeper (Ron Hale).
   This legal brief covered the correct concept of Interstate Commerce.  The feds have stated over that they get all of their jurisdiction from Interstate Commerce.
   Maybe you could forward these legal briefs to Senator Grassley and ask him to answer them as he is a lawyer.  Maybe now you can understand why they hate me so much.
