So, I have put in a move.  The problem is that if B does not finish the brief I will have to do it myself.
Someone stole my stamps (I wonder who). I had five copy cards to make the copies but for a whole week no one has been able to make any copies as there is no copy machine.  I’m trying to get this done.  I have been under a lot of pressure and B still is now taking his time and getting mad for no real reason.  The 2241 is now 50 pages thick, what I have of it.
When I get to the new unit (B2), I will find a new person to help us in the future with the legal work.  I just need to get B to finish this damn brief, so I can put it in the mail to everybody.  There is a chance that they will rule right on it and release me.  But first we have to answer this brief as they will surely object within 30 days.  This means I have 30 days to bring someone up to speed and make the answer; that is if I can get B to finish it.  I wish now that you would get CM to look at the three cases that I have told you about and see if he can use any of these and the FDA Letter concerning the fact that Swisher was not licensed to test for label compliance.
I will one way or another put the brief in the mail to you, even if they are not finished on Tuesday of next week.
Note that Bob has written a letter to Rudy asking him to raise funds for Alex.  I did not put him up to this.  I just really appreciate all that Rudy has already done for us.
Now is the time to get this final 2241 done.  So, now I have been kind of down and have not felt like doing anything.  I have not heard from Jer., and I have not gotten his drawings he said he mailed to me.  Dennis is now working on Platinum Claims and he is still bitching full time about Jer.  So, that is the news for this Thursday evening.  Your friend

New Case

Now, I still have not gotten the new evidence on Swisher from the FOIA request as I have not been able to get the VA to send the materials yet.  I have mailed them a letter and they keep saying that they want to send a disk to me.  The problem is that I don’t know if I can read a disk here.  But we did get new evidence from the FDA as they sent a letter saying that Mr. Swisher was never approved to test any product for human consumption.
Here is the information on the new case I was telling you about.
Rod, we need to file a 2241 in court.  Maybe you could forward this message to CM for me and get his opionion on how to proceed.  I’m still trying to get B to finish the last page.  The new 2241 with exhibits is now 50 pages.  B keeps getting pissed off for now reason and then does not finish the last page.  I’m really quite tired of the BS.
The court has ruled that murder for hire is not a crime of violence.
The case is “United States v. McCollum, 2018 BL. 94296, 4th Cir., No. 17-4296, 3/20/18.

When this case is added to the Cody Herr Case we un stack and remove two of the 10 year sentences.
And the Gordon Case makes the murder for hire not a crime of violence.
And the “United States v. McCollum, case makes the murder for hire case not a crime of violence.
  So, as you can see it is now possible to actually remove 20 years and then get all charges including taking money out of my own back account to all run concurrently or together.  This would mean that I have been locked up for 6 years to many.
  Now, we are able to use the FDA Letter as new evidence.
