Enterprise Technologies:  Protecting the World Grids from EMP and/or CME; and feeding and selling Green A.C. Electrical Energy, directly to the Grids in many countries (Green Conservancy), while charging up to 50% less for the energy; and this will stimulate the world economy.

FIELD TECHNOLOGIES:  Copper can be used to stop all infectious disease in the field (WaterOz.com).  GALT Transformers, will provide Synchronized A.C. Electrical Energy, in the field and/or provide for a  permanent high amp source of electrical energy, in any and all locations where electrical energy is needed; without using any fossil fuels; and further our Electric Jet Engine, will provide an endless supply of torque for Aircraft, Torpedoes, Tanks and Ships; while providing much more overall torque and/or hours power in each and every installed application.

Technical Summary (what problem does your technology address?):  Protecting Military personal against all infectious diseases, including parasites with a 15 minute window, after direct consumption of the Copper product.  The complete removal of the need to burning any and all fossil fuels and/or Nuclear Materials, to create energy: without creating pollution, using only magnetic fields.  This GALT Transformer and/or Electric Jet Engine technology does not create any pollution and requires very little maintenance; has a very low heat signature, that mitigates all heat seeking technology; and has very low noise pollution level, that can make it almost impossible to detect.

WHICH MARKETS ARE YOU CURRENTLY TARGETING?:  Military Applications:  We will sell energy equipment only to the U.S. Military, for Military applications, to protect U.S. Assets; especially the removal of all Nuclear Reactors from all vessels, as they are no longer needed;

NON MILITARY DOMESTIC APPLICATIONS:  We will provide energy equipment to replace any and all Nuclear Reactors that are now being used to make A.C. Energy.  We have decided at this time to not sell any of our energy generating equipment (GALT and or Electric Jet Engines), directly to the public, as we only going to install this equipment in key locations, for the express purpose of feeding and protecting the U.S. Grid against CME and/or EMP, while at the same time providing Grid Protection for free; while at the same time helping to lower the overall cost of energy; while at the same time economically helping the general public in the effected countries.

CURRENT INVESTORS (if applicable):  The Green Conservancy, needs no investors at this time, as we only need to borrow about $1,000,000 (to build and install one GALT Transformer to feed the Grid from our Grangeville Office property to A.C. to the Idaho County Power Company); to provide money to purchases machining equipment (computer controlled laser cutter, drill press and band saw and a bottling machine); enough payroll for one machinist, a secretary, a business attorney and other misc expenses.  This GALT Transformer, will generate over one million per month, within the first 30 days to facilitate ongoing self funding.  If more funds are borrowed it would facilitate our ability to get more things done faster.  WaterOz:  More money is needed at this time, to rebuild the building, and replace all of the equipment and inventory that was burned by the fire.  The WaterOz brand has a lot of loyal customers, who are still loyal to David Hinkson, and his concepts.  Currently, WaterOz Solutions under Guy Wilson’s lead, is currently providing products to David’s customers.

CURRENT GOVERNMENT CUSTOMERS (if applicable):  All agencies of the U.S., will be interested when approached, as there is no other green energy device that is a good as the GALT Transformer/Electric Jet Engines.  Jeff Otto (in Panama), wants the Green Conservancy to become the power company for his country or we can just sell energy to their local girds.

ANYTHING ELSE YOU WOULD LIKE US TO KNOW?:  David Hinkson is now in prison, as a provable political prisoner; and was railroaded to prison by the FDA, who did not like the fact that David had invented a new non toxic Copper product that replaces many different pharmaceuticals – Mr. Hinkson now wants to make just one more offer to the In-Q-Tel.org before he moves forward and give this technology to someone else.  This is therefore, your last chance to acknowledge these inventions.  See Y-Tube Video “GALTgeneratore” number fourth down to see a GALT Violate the Law of Lenz.
   David Hinkson was actually with Roman Ponomarenko (who was his interpreter and partner) in Xharcove Ukraine, in November of 2002 (when they said I was here doing crime), giving a speech at the Infectious Disease Symposium; and Dave spoke for eight hours on how to mitigate all infectious diseases specializing in T.B. and Aids.  In attendance were over 150 Russian Speaking Doctors and two Surgeon Generals of Baltic States (see David’s Passport that was not allowed to be shown at his trial for alibi).
   The U.S. and its agents now have a history of putting anybody in prison that they want, without using any legitimate rules of evidence, as they use just one of many phony conspiracy theory’s to prosecute.  Dave is now determined to move forwarded giving his seven energy devices to the world.  It would seem to me that you would now need to help him succeed in such a manner as to benefit the U.S.
    Mr. Hinkson won his direct appeal and the same judges who canceled President Trumps Travel Ban, created a whole new Legal Standard that was called the Hinkson Standard.  The creation of this new standard, to use only against Mr. Hinkson violated, the Ex Post Facto Doctrine and Selective Prosecution standards.
   Dave was actually living in Russian for most of the entire year in 2002, when they said he was here doing his crimes, and they further deprived him of five different alibi’s.
   David now has a picture of the GALT device for your purview, that actually shows A.C. Energy being produced without a Battery, and it is not plugged in; as the energy comes directly form the magnets; and this whole assemble further violates the law of Lenz.
   David has been doing the most that he can as fast as he can to keep this energy project moving forward on multiple fronts and it has not been easy.  David would therefore appreciate it if one of your In-Q-Tel.org Trustees, could provide extra needed help and management in helping to move this project forward as fast as possible.  We have already purchase our first CNC Machine and can start cutting out the parts right now.
   David has two separate projects that he would like to merge together under one corporate entity if possible; and the first project is to manufacture a non toxic Copper, Zinc and Calcium Product for Military use that can be consumed or taken the field to 100% stop all infectious diseases including Parasitic Infections; and the second project is to install GALT Transformer/Motors that create Green Energy and Torque using only magnetic fields; without the need of fissile fuels or Nuclear Reactors; that can also protect the American Grid from EMP and/or CME attacks; while generating a lot of ongoing cash flow, to self fund rapid advancement in the market place.  Note that the different Utility’s are all owned by many different entities, and this is what has made it difficult to get everybody to come together to agree on a plan of protection;  we propose to install this Grid Protection for free, as we install many GALT Transformers in key locations to feed the Grid; and this includes providing protection for the 104 Nuclear Reactors in the U.S. that are now vulnerable; as if the Grid were to be attacked or go down, every Nuclear Reactor would now have to be kept cool with back up generators that burn diesel fuel for at least six months to prevent meltdown; and this would require a lot of diesel fuel which might now be available as all fuels are in the ground or in tanks that are all pumped out using electricity.  Therefore, one of the first and most important priorities is the project of placing a GALT Transformer at each and every Nuclear Reactor everywhere in the world, as we can then slowly discontinue use of all the Nuclear Technology.
    Therefore, if we could borrow a total of only $250,000 that would be enough to move the Green conservancy forward as it start to self fund and the $11.00 extra would give us plenty of extra Capital.  If we could borrow more it would only help us move faster with our mission, as there is a lot to do in a very short period of time.
   One last note:  The GALT Transformer Motor is in all reality the missing technology the Nicola Tesla already invented in the past that then disappeared.  The only difference is that David’s GALT concept actually uses Geometry to actually merge the Transformer/Torroid concept with the A.C. Magneto.  Merging a Magneto into a Transformer is a totally new concept that now allows us to violate Lenz Law; which in turn makes what we are claiming possible.
     The acronym for GALT, is Geometrically Amplified Lateral Torroid.  We are actually using the Geometry to amplify the magnetic fields, to drive the steel parts to complete magnetic saturation, and this gives us the most power for the overall size/footprint used.  Therefore, this device has more Military Ramifications than any other device in the history of man; as it is totally practical.
    David stands ready to answer and and all physics questions, that can be asked by one of your engineers or other experts.  Note that David has a friend named Parley Hall in American Fork Utah that has a degree in Electrical Engineering and his professor friend also teaches Electrical Engineering at the BYU; and both are available for comment.
