This might not be so bad if they were socialist training schools! The leakers have caused a lot of problems lately but as it says there is a difference between leakeers and whistle blowers.

Too bad they don’t have the courage to actually take on the government and expose 18 sec 3231 for the fraud that it is. Without that one law the us governmnet can’t prosecute anyone!!

All of the evidence was included in that case in South Carolina and I had a copy of it. The government just can’t admit to it or they would have to vacate all of the convictions and compensate everyone that has been wrongfully convicted under federal law.

That is why they will never admit such a mistake. 
The fact that it was never passed with a quorum present in the house in 1947 doesn’t matter as the courts have ruled. The congress adjourned sien die in 1947 without the senate ever taking up the bill. the senate came back in 1948 and rewrote 3231 along with other bills and they passed their version. Then it was sent to the house who only voted to read the amendments into the record. The house never voted to accept the changes or amendments. 
Then they passed unconstitutional resolutions giving the speaker of the house and the president of the senate the authority to sign the bills that were passed after they adjourned again.

The speaker signed off saying that 3231 was passed but it was never voted on in the content that it says now. Then the president, Truman signed off on a bill stating that he accepted some bills that were passed. However the bill for 3231 was not on the sheet nor was the bill that was title 18 from sec 1-5000. So many things are wrong and what Davis went after really doesn’t matter just like the court ruled on it.
I bet they won’t report that will they!!??
