While I trusted and waited to be rescued Hoyt made sure I was never going to get out of prison as he did not even to my 2255 himself, I guess he figured that a non lawyer with a health food business could do a better job than himself or even Dennis Riorden; as he subdued it out and then put my signature on the brief Pro Se.  And if someone saw it and knew it was no good he would just say he filed it pro se and he has Ausbergers and that would explain why this 2255 really was not good.  Even Judge Tallman exclaimed that I was gaming the system as he fired Hoyt.  But what the satirist Tallman never realized is that Hoyt did all and filed all of my briefs as if I did it Pro Se.  He did not want his name on any of it.  I was told as you are in ADX and it is hard to get your signature, you need to sign these blank pages and trust us.  So I signed about 50 blank pages as I trusted him.  It was Hoyt that filed all of the work that Tallman the satirist later said I wrote.  Note Tallman had ordered the Hoyt satirist to get out of my case but Hoyt stayed and got 2,500 a week for the entire 12 years before I finally had to fire him.  Really?  What kind of legal work costs $2,500 per week for 12 years?  I guess Satanic Satin Legal Work!  I should have had golden briefs burying in a hill somewhere.
     He even told me that Dennis Riorden would not and did not like the argument he was going to use, and do you object?  What he really meant was that they were going to use the Matrix Arguments that he knew could never win as it would never be heard (UCC); but he had plenty of time to finish stealing WaterOz from me with his co conspirator Varrell Jackson and the Greg Towerton Monsters; and of course I owed all of this to him as I had un elected the Albers Monster his partner in crime.
    Of course Bob Pullen probably threw away the new brief he just wrote for suing Mr. Jackson.  I can remember my parents telling me that I had such honest and loyal people working at WaterOz.  LOL,  Maybe this is why I never had to fire them as they all ran away, to come back later to finish stealing the WaterOz; and when they could not steal it, they instead fire bombed it out of existence; if they could not have it for themselves no one was going to have it.  Such good Christians they were.
   Note that I built WaterOz to help people and it was the first time in my life I thought I had done a good thing for God and had collected over 1,000 testimonials.  Maybe this is why it attracted so many Satanists.  Or maybe I just moved to an evil place as everybody I had hired seemed to be demon possessed.  This would mean that who ever was going to make the product wrong would be fought tooth and nail by me to the death.  No body is going to attack my belief system while I sit quietly by; especially in my name using my signature.  Really?
    Then, while showing more patience than Job, I had to fire Hoyt right before his planned foreclosure scheme was finished.  But to fire Hoyt I had to first fire my father from the POA to get at Hoyt to stop Hoyt.  This is not a conspiracy as this is what really happened.  I called and begged both my father and Hoyt as every single call from hell, I would beg them to do just one thing that I wanted and believed I needed to get done.  Then Hoyt would call the prison and report me for trying to run a business from prison.  Hoyt was and is a rat.  So, I was thrown into a dungeon again and again.
    The one thing than no body cared about was my opinion.  I had one you know.  No body would listen to me and it was like screaming in the wind.  No matter how it ended up, I was disrespected every step of the way.  But to justify this they started telling everybody that I have Ausbergers syndrome and that is why I don’t like what is being done for my own good.
   The very and final act of canceling the use of Ozone in my opinion canceled and attacked my deeply held personal belief system and understanding in all the good that I have achieved and taught.  This is when I finally lost my temper and had to stop what was going on.  This is why the name was picked WaterOz.  It is Ozone you know.
    Now that I have been fire bombed by these evil people up in Idaho, I have no income to now fight back.  Now as I have no income I was forced to try to find someone to help me with my legal work.  And this has lead me to the current bad situation that I now find my self in.  Even Bob in his trickery and lies puts me into a similar trick bag.  First you get the victim desperate and then you subvert the truth just enough to rape the victim over and over, while screaming that we are you family and Hoyt is like family and we all love you.  What kind of love is this?  If he ever had one decent bone in his entire body he would not have just quit helping me after I fired him; especially when he did nothing that I had asked him to do for entire 12 years.  How much money was enough to pay to be rescued?  Really he never did anything that I asked him to do, in any way but I did ask and try.  Why should have firing him gotten him to not do anything when he was never listening to anything I asked him to do in the first place?  It is because my firing him stopped his lies and thieving ways and sent the rats all scurrying out of the building.  Can you imagine that he would already be dead right now if I had not helped him cure his serosis of the liver?  No good deed goes unpunished.  I wish I would never have helped him with his medical condition.  I even help Swisher (see GJ Transcripts).
    If Hoyt was doing such a good job as I’m told than my family should have continued to give him $2,500 out of their personal funds after I was firebombed.  We can only give endless money to the rat if it is David’s money.  Really?  Don’t want to use your own money?
   I always knew a lot of law but I was in a terrible position, as I know the real law and this is why I just can not stomach writing a brief that claims that the feds are wearing cloths when they are in fact naked.  Remember the story about the Kings cloths?  I.E. in know for a fact that the FDA, IRS and the FBA were never created by congress and they don’t have a delegation of authority order.  Note here I did not say it is my belief system.  This is fact and I can prove it.  The KING IS NAKED.
    So, now I have no money and no hope except to do my own legal work and depend on my own ability.  I will do my best and try to use the satanistic legal arguments that might win, as I pray only to the God Who Created the Universe and Granted me my free agency for help.
    I would therefore appreciate it, if now you would go on the Pacer daily and check to see what is happening with my 2241, even if you think it is no good (as Dennis C says).  In the past the prison would play games and not even give me my motions from the court until they were already time barred for a response.  So someone needs to check daily.
    I guess I will attempt to make my own argument even if it means that I will never get out of prison at this time.  I have asked for simple things from my family in the past, like call the VA help me get the evidence that Hoyt said I could not have; before the trial; that I now find out I was entitled to under a Brady Standard.  Even when the VA has now agreed to give it to me, I still can’t get any help from my family.  I was told when I called home that if I got a dime, I would be squandering my inheritance.  I never cared about this inheritance, as I made my own way and I will always be remembered as a success even when I’m gone.  It just might take another 50 years after I’m gone before they will realize who I really was and what I got done.  The one thing that I noticed every step of the way, my family made sure that I got nothing done that I really wanted to get done, as they took all of my control of what was mine away from me for my own good of course.  All of this was justified by saying that I have Ausbergers Syndrome and I should just trust them; just trust them.  I have been the only person that I have ever met, that knew and figured out how things work around me.  If having this ability beyond everybody else’s means that I must have a mental problem, than I guess that is me.  But I now know what they do to people like me, they sue them, poison them, and crucify them; and I know who they are that are behind all of it.
    Anyway, I will go for now.  Thank you for your past help.
