To prevent any mistreatment, all migrant and foreign workers must return to their home-land.

The ORDER

Thus,

I, order all migrants return to their home-land (per their travel documentation) following a 14 day to three month quarantine to determine their health and wellnes*.

I, order all foreign Construction workers, Architects and Civil Engineers return to their home-land (per their travel documentation) immediately. They are quarantined on arrival for health and wellness*.

All electronics (cellphones, radios, headphones, ear buds, cetera) are forbidden while in quarantine.

In Quarantine
While in quarantine shoes made from natural fabrics are given. All electronics (cellphones, radios, headphones, ear buds, cetera) are forbidden.

*Health and wellness observation; Is the individual’s health sustained (or self-healing) without the need for Blood transfusion, Plasma, Organ transplant or Energy derived from close contact with others, cellphone or electronics. Note: No blood, health statistics or other bodily functions are taken (“recorded”) while in quarantine.
