Notice word use in the above clip from the documentary, When the levees broke (2006). The term Support, was not used during the original news broadcast, it was “They need food and water”. Food and water came from many outside sources, but it was not given to the people. The people were being held hostage.

Forced Protection used as a method to steal indigenous lands away from rightful progenitors.

By deeming these people Wards (of the State) and continually perpetuating an image, seem World-wide, of deprivation and in need of “Support”. By doing this, Governments, their agents and programs are seem as rescuers and not by their true intent, to profit from the use of indigenous lands, it’s resources, and keep these people in bondage.

Project to relocate people from Isle de Jean Charles.

After years of sometimes contentious public consultations, construction started this May [2020] on what’s being called The New Isle, some 30 miles to the north. All but a handful of households have said they will leave Isle de Jean Charles.

Background history

In 2002, the US Army Corps of Engineers (USACE) worked with the leadership of the Tribe to identify a nearby site where the community could rebuild. The USACE hired architects for the relocation proposal, with the idea of maintaining a cohesive community to be consistent with the tribe’s federal recognition process. But when it came time to vote, the majority of people from Isle de Jean Charles did not want to relocate due to their culture’s close ties to the land.

Some residents felt the government wanted residents to relocate so the oil industry could have free range over the area without political conflict. Conflicts over property and land with the tribe, multinational oil and gas corporations and land developers, had been an ongoing process.

Joann Bourg recently moved off the island into a temporary apartment nearby, paid for by the state, while she waits for The New Isle to be finished. She recalled always needing to keep a backpack ready, for whenever the next storm or flood forced her from her home. “I don’t have to do that no more,” Ms. Bourg said.

“That’s family land,” she said of the property she will be leaving behind. “But I don’t miss all the water. I don’t miss having to evacuate.”

Isle de Jean Charles is unlikely to be an isolated case. Last year, Louisiana issued a sweeping strategy for its most vulnerable coastal parishes, laying out in great detail which parts would likely be surrendered to the rising seas, and also how inland towns should start preparing for an influx of new residents.

Something is acquiring and terriforming land (and removing people) that is not us.

Examine the particulars of the infection; it attacks the body’s immune system, hospital patients are placed on ventilators (and into induced Comas). Body temperature is monitored for a fever. But wouldn’t you want a fever to cure the cold, pnemonia? Children will often suffer first from auto immune disorders before recovering. The elderly oftentimes succumb to the infection because of a compromised immune system from prior illness(es).

mission states, to “deliver vital public and military engineering services; partnering in peace and war to strengthen our nation’s security, energize the economy and reduce risks from disasters.”

An all world’s initiative to examine their activities and Shut-down all operations involving Corps of Engineers.

Their most visible wartime, peacetime, and civil, missions (as noted below), as well as their private and secret operations.

Civil missions include:

Planning, designing, building, and operating locks and dams. Other civil engineering projects include flood control, beach nourishment, and dredging for waterway navigation.
Design and construction of flood protection systems.
Design and construction management of military facilities for the Army, Air Force, Army Reserve, and Air Force Reserve as well as other Department of Defense and federal government agencies.
Environmental regulation and ecosystem restoration.

The Order

For their work in creating “natural” disasters, such as Hurricane Katrina, which caused the death, disappearance, displacement and removal of millions of people, The United States Army Corps of Engineers (USACE) are ordered to Stand-down and Shut-down all operations Now!

Thus,

All United States Army Corps of Engineers (USACE), Corps of Engineers, Contract workers (“Contractors”) and all others, such as accountants, lawyers, carpenters and archeologist who worked on the United States Army Corps of Engineers, or Corps of Engineers Projects or Programs are isolated and charged with Genocide and Crimes Against Humanity.

Genocide Defintion

Any of the following acts committed with the intent to destroy, in whole or in part, an ethnic or racial group of people by:

(a) Killing members of the group;
(b) Causing bodily or mental harm to members of the group;
(c) Deliberately inflicting on the group conditions of life calculated to bring about its physical destruction in whole or in part;
(d) Imposing measures to prevent reproduction within the group;
(e) Transferring children of the group to another group.

Crimes punishable by isolation and removal:

(a) Genocide;
(b) Conspiracy to commit genocide;
(c) Direct and open incitement to commit genocide;

Cease all operations administered by The United States Army Corps of Engineers (USACE) offices. Confiscate all bank accounts, personal bank accounts, and all other sources of funding (Budgets).

Shut-down all projects and programs. Paying close attention to those related to Real Estate and Land Acquisition. All real estate and land acquired by the U.S. Army Corps of Engineers returned to the Indigenous Heir to the Land*.

Disband all memberships and professional societies, such as American Society of Civil Engineers.

Isolation and Individual Charges

Isolation means no human or animal contact. No use of any technological device or instrument (such as Computer, Watch, Telephone). No objects made from metal or plastic in close vacinity of Isolated person (such as Paper clips or wires). Isolated Persons are confined to area(s) with no electrical outlets.

Isolated Persons are held in Confinement to one-to-two (1-to-2) rooms until removed from all land*.

Charged with Planning and Waging a War of Aggression by Forced Protection against the people called, “Black”, “African American”, “Negro”, “Colored”, and “Nigger”.

Charged with the Construction of projects and programs which lead to the Death, Disappearance (“Missing Person”), Displacement, Relocation, and Removal of the people called “Black”, “African American”, “Negro”, “Colored”, and “Nigger”.

Charged with Deception and concealment of facts and actual history.
Deceiving the people called “Black”, “African American”, “Negro”, “Colored”, and “Nigger” by constructing a false history. Depriving them of their true heritage. Concealing archeological finds, such as artifacts, treasures and other items and materials associated with their true identify and heritage.

Highly Advanced Technology

Because of their use of Highly Advanced Technology, Children as young as two (2) can be changed with Crimes Against Humanity.

Isolated Person’s Defense

The Isolated Person will speak (or communicate by other means) their own defense.
They will write one page in defense of the charge(s). Or,
They will have ten (10) minutes to communicate a defense of the change(s). Or,
If Isolated Person is unable to communicate in either of those methods, A method suitable for their disposition will be made available for them to communicate a defense.

Decisions will not be limited to profession only. Social engagement(s) will be considered. Such as, number of friends in the forementioned group. Years of friendship. Have you ever done bodily harm to anyone in the forementioned group? Did you witness harm (psychological or physical) being done to anyone in the forementioned group? If so, what did you do? Have you ever called the police on anyone in the forementioned group?

Isolation should not last over five years before process is complete.

Land*

The term ‘land’ includes all physical elements in the wealth of a nation bestowed by nature; such as climate, environment, fields, forests, minerals, mountains, lakes, streams, seas, and animals. As an asset, it includes anything (1) on the ground, (such as , buildings, crops, fences, trees, water), (2) above the ground (air and space rights), and (3) under the ground (mineral rights) down to the center of the Earth.
