Der Berliner Richter Dr. Pieter Schleiter hat privat vor dem Bundesverfassungsgericht in Karlsruhe Klage gegen die staatlichen #Corona-Maßnahmen eingereicht. Bekommt er Recht, würde es vermutlich das Ende des bereits seit über einem Jahr andauernden Ausnahmezustandes bedeuten. Schleiter hält ihn grundlegend weder für verhältnis- noch rechtmäßig. Seine Verfassungsbeschwerde beruht vor allem auf vier wesentlichen Hauptargumenten.
