All Governments, Nations-States who have (or had) a United States (U.S.), American Embassy are charged 600,000,000,000 (Six hundred Billion) in Gold for Child (Human) Trafficking and Crimes Against Humanity.

All financial Stock Exchange Markets Shut-down:
New York Stock Exchange (NYSE),
Tokyo Stock Exchange (TSE),
London Stock Exchange (LSE),
Hong Kong Stock Exchange,
Shanghai Stock Exchange,
Bombay Stock Exchange in India,
Sao Paulo Stock Exchange in Brazil,
Australian Stock Exchange and all other Stock Exchange

All Central Banks Shut-down, stop production and circulation of paper currency.
All Governments, Nation-States, Private Institutions, and Industries Shut-down and Funds, Finances and Property Seized.

Seize all jewelry from stores, shops and museums; all items secured on land in vaulted concave structure.
All funds, finances and property seized by those involved in Crimes Against Humanity, and acts of genocide.

All funds are transferred into Precious Metals and Gem stones, and secured on the land for the people. Each former Government, Nation-State must use one vaulted concave structure for all precious metals and gem stones.

All persons with no involvement in Crimes Against Humanity
