Need working Laptop to Warn the people- Freedom fighters!

A few days ago I went ton an area of melaninated people to implore them to help themselves by acknowledge me, and my body of work. And the importance of me having a working computer to help them assess what is happening to them, and how they are viewed by world leaders.

Recently the power cord was stolen, for the partially functioning device.
