On a radio news broadcast yesterday, someone called-in to report California no longer had “Black” Communities.
he went as far as to name the communities that are gone. He said they had been replaced by “dirty spanish people”, I believe he means cunning/ calculating.
There are very detailed harassing groups, consisting of mostly hispanic people. I’m in a wealthy area, and the methods used in the inner-city areas are being used here. They use various methods to lock traffic gates. Trucks, cars, with strip gate on tail end. As well a.s individuals walking around with technoloy to lock an individual into a gate.
Beaware of what is happening in all areas.

I’m in Westchester County. There is a large Hispanic presence in this area. They follow the same M.O. (Mode of Operation) as I have observed in other areas where I have conducted research into the missing.
They over run an area, working in local shops as well as patrolling the area by foot, mopeds, bicycles, and cars. I’m being harassed, somesort of device used against me which renders the body static and sweating profusely, stomach hurting and headaches.
Someone is financing these neighborhood harassment tactic where the majority of the missing are so-called Black. Wealthy neighbors are not complaining is unheard of.
