I understand everything you’re saying, but from my research, the major banks in the major economies don’t need to hold any Dollars as reserves. This would be true for some rinky-dink countries, but not those countries whose currency is a hard currency. The major banks in the EU hold Dollars chiefly in the Loro accounts, which are just pass-through accounts for clearing, same with the Nostros held with other banks in the US, again, for purposes of clearing. This is not to say that a USD collapse would not affect them at all- it would, but the first blow to world trade would hit the central banks, which have the biggest Loros and Nostros of anybody, and should their balance of payments be positive then yes, they would be affected.
But the reserve requirements here in the EU apply only to balances held in local currency or Euro. That’s why you don’t have banks granting loans in foreign currencies, the notable exception being Hungary. Anyway, that was cash and DDA accounts. Bonds are an entirely different story. In 2011 I was commissioned by my bank to draft a report on all the bond funds for all our competitors, and after collating all the data was shocked to find out that about 80% of their nominal values was mutually held. On a national level, all the banks had interlocking bond holdings (ex. bank A holds the bonds of bank B which holds the bonds of bank C which holds the bonds of bank A) denominated in LCUs. On an international level, the same held true for bonds in EUR. Based on the situation with the bonds, I can see why someone would think this is a cartel/conspiracy/mafia. In reality this is just plain old hedging, as well as an attempt to dummy up their balance sheets and income statements on the asset and revenue sides, because a good accountant knows how to fudge the liability and expense sides.
Notwithstanding, I do not see the collapse of the US Dollar as a realistic prospect simply because too many powerful interests (including those who run the system) would stand to lose a lot of money. Same reason there’s never going to be a worldwide single currency. Also, don’t forget that in the standard monolithic model of Illuminati/Rothschilds vs. the NWO/Rockefellers, there are thousands if not millions of smaller groups, and each wants the biggest piece of the pie, cooperating only when they absolutely have to. As regards the Federal Reserve: I know all about that from when I worked for Lazard, at that time the only non-bank actor in that whole drama. And yes, most of the owners of the Fed are international banks; same with Clearstream. In my opinion, they’re going to let it slide, so the big players stock up, then maybe try to destabilise the EUR to raise the USD. They could conceivably do this by shutting off our gas that comes in from Ukraine, or by destabilising Turkey with a conflict that speads to the Balkans. I also don’t think that any hypothetical collapse of the USD would bring about tyranny. The globalists figured this out 20 years ago, which is why they adopted the free market model of slavery. The fact that the USA is reverting to something akin to a dictatorship/police state is more symptomatic of an empire in decline than anything else. I mean, I saw the writing on the wall way back in 2006 when EU interest rates started sliding. Got rid of all my cash from all the countries I had it in (even CH), same with stocks and bought real estate. Much more profitable than living off interest and dividends.
