Fuel pool 4 has dried out before. Nothing new here, just trying to act like it has not happened. More lies and deception:

I did not put that article together, so I cold not post it, but I provide links. If you read the documentation there it shows that it has lost the water before, to some degree. It has caught fire before, and the pool has broken before, so it says it all. I think they done a repair and put water in again.
The quake was the 11th. There was an EXPLOSION and fire in the reactor 4 building on the 15th. The explosion blasted away parts of the thick concrete walls, in addition to blowing off the metal roof.
This explosion and fire is what contaminated Tokyo so badly.
If the quake caused a leak in the spent fuel pool, it was a very slow leak, as the fuel
was kept cool for 4 days. And that still doesn’t explain the EXPLOSION.
It wasn’t a hydrogen explosion. You can see the vent towers, in any picture.
The vent towers were there to vent hydrogen in a meltdown, to prevent a 3 Mile Island-type of buildup.
Reactor 4 wasn’t running or fueled at the time of the tsunami. There was no meltdown to produce hydrogen.
Reactor 3 had exploded the day before, and that explosion blasted fuel pellets 30 kilometers away. Reactor 3 was not a source of hydrogen for the reactor 4 building.
Hydrogen burns fast, but it does not explode. It produces no shock wave. A hydrogen
fire could not disintegrate the massive concrete walls of those buildings, and it could
not blast fuel pellets across 30 kilometers of distance.
A fire would not blast holes in concrete walls. And, holes were blasted.
Why not face the reality that Magna BSP, an Israeli firm, secured a contract to manage security at Fukushima, in 2010, and that they installed security cameras whose periscopes project from a massive, 800 pound base. Room enough for forward-positioned nukes.
And, that the Stuxnet virus was being detected in Japan prior to the tsunami in 2011.
And that Israeli involvement in Fukushima followed the February, 2010 offer by Japan
to process reactor fuel for Iran, thereby undercutting Israel’s excuse for war with Iran.
