Anyway, I compared Dr. Turi’s predictions in his 2014 Moon Power Starguide with the USGS list of earthquakes above 6.0 for January through May. Dr. Turi divided each month into periods of two to seven days, with most being four or five days. There were 35 periods evaluated. I separated the explicit prediction of earthquakes from prediction of natural disasters.
There were only seven periods with no earthquakes, so earthquakes occurred in 80% of the periods. Of those seven periods, two predicted an earthquake; two predicted a natural disaster; and three correctly did not predict either for a success rate of 35% . Of the 28 periods with earthquakes, an earthquake was predicted in 12; a natural disaster was predicted in 7; and there was no prediction of either in 9 for a success rate of 68%.
Considering that Dr. Turi claims he accurately predicts every major earthquake, it appears that he misses about a third and mistakenly predicts about two-thirds.
If the evaluation were limited to explicit earthquake predictions (I.e., excluding the periods with just natural disasters predicted) the corresponding rates are missing earthquakes 57% of the time and predicting earthquakes which did not occur 29% of the time.

MAR 30, 2015 DefaOmega – Well Dr. Turi you see April 13th is 14 days from now. 14 divided by 2.7 (which again is the average) is 5.18. So statistically speaking about 5. Again, I’m not really saying there will be 5 but statistically it would be. I think if I was going to make some “bold prediction” I’d say 3. I mean that’s what you’d do anyway. Make sure your predictions are well within the average. I hope I’ve written this in a way that is easy enough for you to comprehend. I said a fair prediction would be 3 even though the average mathematically would say 5. Today is Day 1 and there was a 6.0 earthquake today. So far I’m right on schedule for my accurate prediction.
This isn’t some cosmic wisdom or any black magic crap, it’s purely a numbers game. It’s very simple to the point where anyone can do it. If you give yourself a three-day window you can statistically say there will be a earthquake of magnitude 6.0 or higher at any time.

The article you posted there (the one I originally commented on) you say “Note, wait and see…NEXT EARTHQUAKE OF A 6.0 OR ABOVE…”. This is where I was getting the 6.0 or greater. You see the problem isn’t that I cannot or will not read English but that you say so many crazy things you forget them.
