Response to Attorney Genital’s Attack on Grievance Panel

As if to prove he doesn’t care about the constitution, NH the NH attorney genital has attacked the grievance panel as wasting his agency’s resources. Now both a high level judge and the AG have attacked the panel – they must be doing something right.

Here’s Stop Judical Child Abuse‘s Josh Youssef’s response:

I am petitioner 26 before the Redress of Grievance Committee. I presented approximately 5 hours of petitioner testimony before the committee. It is online in its entirety at www.judicialchildabuse.com.

At my hearings, Assistant Attorney General Richard Head appeared with his pen and paper and feverishly took notes, about God knows what! Also present at the hearing was Attorney Michael Pearson, who was representing Guardian ad Litem Tracy Bernson.

Several weeks later, the redress committee invited all of the people that were named in my petition for redress of grievance to attend a public hearing and offer a defense/rebuttal to my testimony. This “rebuttal hearing” was not just for my hearing – it was for nearly a dozen hearings.

Of importance to note, Assistant AG Richard Head was there at the rebuttal hearing, but when it came time to defend the judges, marital masters, and guardian ad litem named in my petition, Richard Head was silent – not only silent, but he remained seated. He remained silent and seated for Dr. Vandenberg’s petition as well(petition #26) in addition to other petitions. Oh, by the way, Michael T. Pearson never even showed up to defend Tracy A. Bernson – there is no defense that can be made – for any of these corrupt, shameful state robots.

For Delaney to claim that those state officials named in redress petitions did not have an opportunity to offer a defense is a bold-faced lie.

I caught the entire rebuttal hearing on video and Richard Head made an embarrassment of the AG’s office by his complete naiveté of applicable law, and his absurd attempts to insulate judges who have committed black and white fraud upon the people on New Hampshire. Clearly Richard Head was there at the behest of Delaney…

Now lets talk about Delaney for a moment. It is unclear as to whether Delaney has ever read the N.H. Constitution, but if he has not, I would like to point out that Redress of Grievance is a Constitutional enactment and was put in place BY THE PEOPLE. Delaney took an oath to uphold that very same Constitution – but he has clearly let the “cat out of the bag” that he does not believe that the Constitution is correct on this matter. He seems to believe that his “agency” and their “resources being strained” is a bigger problem than upholding the Constitution to which he swore an oath. That said, he is apparently a “big government” oligarchical-tyrrany activist who is trying to lobby for the ignoring of the N.H. Constitution in areas that are not convenient for him or his people.

Need I remind him that if the people wanted to delegate that much authority to his agency and to take it away from we the people, then (as the Supreme Court frequently says) the legislature is free to change the law. The people want redress of grievance, and that is why we have it.

Now, back to the topic at hand…

After sending Assistant AG Richard Head to the redress hearings, remaining silent during [my and Vandenberg's] petition is an admission by silence. The judiciary is rogue, insouciant, corrupt, and unaccountable. The people need to scream this at the top of their lungs!

There is no defense that can be asserted for Judge Edwin Kelly, Judge Edward Gordon, Judge Brackett L. Scheffy, Judge John P. Arnold, Marital Master Nancy J. Geiger, Marital Master Leonard Green, Marital Master David Forrest, Guardian ad Litem Tracy Bernson, Guardian ad Litem Judith Hamilton, and the tens or hundreds of other corrupt officials and agents of this state that have been named in petitions.

Delaney really needs to consider the implications of his position regarding the redress committee – and we the people need to consider his position as well.

It is a very likely possibility that Delaney just revealed to all of the inhabitants of New Hampshire that he is actively in violation of his oath of office and is not an officer of the court or the state who is willing to uphold the constitution. What does that mean for the the rule of law? Will he keep pedophiles, murderers, rapists, and other criminals off the streets? I guess if he doesn’t uphold the Constitution, there is a very good chance that you are not safe even leaving your house!
