UFO Motivations, Money and Mysteries

Media attention and money have been flowing into interest in UFOs since Steven Greer released his film ‘Sirius’, featuring a baby alien, and Stephen Bassett organized public hearings in Washington, DC on the topic.  Both organizations have collaborated with each other in the past and call for the US government to reveal classified data on UFOs and ‘free’ energy systems.

Some people have speculated that the media’s interest is really a conditioning exercise to introduce a staged Project Blue Beam-type of alien invasion.  Radio show host Stan Deyo received an invitation from Greer in 2010 for a training course on how to ‘Become an Ambassador to the Universe’.  Deyo said that it was part of a deception to fool people into a global dictatorship backed by an ‘alien’ presence.

While it is reasonable to be open to the idea that life forms could inhabit some of the 100 billion Earth-like planets in the Milky Way, some of the ideologies, coincidences and finances surrounding Greer’s Disclosure Project and Bassett’s Paradigm Research Group are very curious.

For example, Greer’s Disclosure Project, endeavoring to convince the government to reveal classified UFO data, was originally funded by Laurance Rockefeller whose family was involved in the creation of major criminal cartels in banking (the Federal Reserve System), oil and the medical industry.  Therefore, it is difficult to not be suspicious of Laurance’s interest and it is perplexing to believe that the government would declassify secret documents when it has reportedly gone to great lengths to keep the information secret.  The program was also supported by Hillary Clinton when her husband was president, but she later put the kibosh on it and told Greer it was too dangerous (watch the video below to see Greer talk about it in his own words).

The White House responded to one of the petitions for disclosure a few years ago by denying that there is any evidence of aliens, which is exactly the response that one would expect, so it doesn’t make sense that both organizations are still pursuing standard government denials.

The global warming myth is a recurring theme that runs through both organizations, which is odd because many of the experts are scientists.  It would be interesting to hear these experts explain the melting ice caps on Mars in the absence of human industry.

Steven Greer has another organization, The Orion Project, that advocates for free energy systems, calling for a “global, peaceful Manhattan Project ” to reverse global warming.  The Manhattan Project is a bizarre choice for a model because it was a massive nuclear bomb-building enterprise.  Sure, it created government jobs, but there was an enormous cost to taxpayers.  US global dominance was established with the atomic bombs.    And plutonium is still leaking from the Hanford and Oakridge nuclear plants.

Perhaps the goal of Greer and Bassett is to cash in on the the climate ‘crisis’ cash cow, which was estimated at $94 billion in 2009 alone.

Bassett’s Paradigm Research Group’s public hearing at the National Press Club 2 weeks ago featured six former Congressmen, and panelists were paid $20,000 each.  The $600,000 event was financed by an unnamed Canadian benefactor who reportedly donated $1.1 million toward the program. 

Finally, the tiny 6″ skeleton with the misshapen alien-looking head that was found in the Atacama desert ten years ago was determined by Dr. Garry Nolan of Stanford University to be a male humanoid with a Chilean Indian mother; the boy lived to be 6 to 8 years old and likely died in the last century.  Dr. Nolan said that he believed it to be authentic, instead of a hoax, due to the fine holes in the legs for arteries.

It is important to note that the film shows Dr. Greer taking bone and tissue samples from the specimen and providing the x-rays; it appeared that Dr. Nolan did not have any access to the physical skeleton.

Dr. Nolan said that the mutations were very unusual (more than what you see from cell division) and a lot of genetic data was not analyzed.  He did not want to give any more details about that for fear of attack.

The skeleton is odd, however, because the bones are still intact, even the fine hand and foot bones that would normally be disperse and fall away from the body once the skin and muscle decompose.

Interestingly, Greg Newkirk, while leafing through a book on shrunken heads, ran across a reference to Robert Ripley of Ripley’s Believe It Or Not posing with a shrunken 6.5″ body from the Atacama desert in Peru.  While Ripley’s specimen is likely missing its skeleton, it is still a strange coincidence that both of the tiny creatures were found in the Atacama desert.
