By now if you don’t know the name Ammon Bundy, you probably aren’t in America. For the last few days independent media has been on fire with the uptick of activity happening in Oregon. Although this situation is a little more complicated than Cliven Bundy’s ordeal with the Bureau of Land Management, the tension is just as thick, if not more. The motivating factors for the Bundy militia ceasing the federal refuge stem from their past dealings with the BLM and also their desire to help the Hammond family, who have been unjustly represented by their local leaders in an ongoing twisted land dispute.
Although Bundy and his small militia of under a couple hindered have good intentions and deem their actions to be righteous, some critics disagree. The Hammond’s lawyer has clearly stated that the Bundy family in no way speaks on behalf of the Hammond family. Some of the locals are even asking those that have traveled to the region to peacefully leave. Bundy has contested the critics with stating his group’s protection everyone’s Constitutional Rights and promising peace if no violence is brought to himself or his militia. This reassurance has not been settling to the local community who fear something more imminent is in the making.

According to the Bundy family the federal government is in the wrong by re-jailing the Hammonds and taking over public land through a “strong-arm” process that provided no recourse of action. According to the United States government the Bundy militia are occupying federal lands with firearms and weaponry, an offense punishable up to 1 year in prison just for being there. Gaven Seim is 100% correct on this, for the Hammond’s were threatened with violence and death by the Feds to begin with, if they didn’t stop communicating with Ammon Bundy down there. So yes they turned themselves in, but this is all a bunch of Govt high ended BS. First they have harassed and terrorized the Ranchers in that area, and basically forced them to sell and leave the area. The Hammond’s were the last hold out, and since then they have been doing things illegally to get them to sell. The two fires in question that if you’ve even read anything on this was nothing more than the Hammond’s protecting their barns and land from fires that were already started in the area. the first one they called the BLM and got permission for which did get out of hand, but didn’t threaten firefighters as the feds have stated. the second time they tried to get permission but all the personal was out fighting fires and no one was present for them to get this permission, but the fire was threatening their land to begin with so they started a back fire again to stop it form destroying their land. For years as well the BLM woudl start fires in and around these people land in order to kill and burn their cattle.
For years as well the Hammond’s have/had water rights as well, but the BLM came in and put up a fence ac crossed the trail that leads to the water, so what are they to do? Hmm pay them crap when they didn’t’ have the right to come in and do that to begin with. This is BS and violates the intent of the Constitution and bill of rights.
Never mind this BS law that anonymous said in his video, even if that’s the truth that violates the second amendment to begin with. Shall not be infringed. All laws that violate the bill of rights are null and void and it’s the peoples right to do something about it.

The second amendments not about hunting it’s about defending against tyranny. And by definition these patriots in Oregon are doing just that.
I believe that nothing less than Govt letting out the Hammond’s and clearing their record of any wrong doing is what should be done here, and then anything else that these patriots are talking about.
