My response to KS (name withheld) regarding the reservation system

Received this by email yesterday. I’m not citing the author’s name since I’d prefer that he put his own name down – if he so chooses – in the comments section.

My comments in blue highlights.

Hello!I came to know about SBP and read few of your articles but your stance on reservation is good ideally but will fail at practice once you loose position from your party. Including PDF that I have compiled today for your consumption. Hope you will not as big disappointment and liar as BabaRamdev and RajivDixit.

Right to Inclusion

I have compiled this small writing for Sanjeev Sabhlok only; I don’t wish it to be at consumption of any usual anti-dalit bhakts.

It took me whole day to compile this small sheet of shit [Sanjeev: why do you use this language for your work?], it is not for consumption of some dalit-hating person for useless arguing.

By voicing contempt for reservation system [Sanjeev: I have contempt for coercion as a way to determine a solution to social/ economic problems. There are many non-coercive solutions to the social problems caused by Hinduism] you will surely get lot of follower; especially you will attract lot of on-line and off-line bhakts who are praising fascist party in India right now [Sanjeev: you’d be pleased that all bhakts are repelled by the idea of liberty, so they’ll never be attracted to my work], but do they understand idea of equality, freedom, liberty, value of self-ownership? You think of that yourself. Think again what kind of crowd you are attracting. [Sanjeev: Good joke! Haven’t seen any crowd anywhere.]

Lot of people argues that “They are getting reservation for something happened in past and that is injustice to us” . Examples are “Krishna” TV serial famed Nitish Bhardwaj, and Chetan Bhagat who thinks it it vote bank politics who is chaining India development to Akshaj kumar (Rajiv Hari Om Bhatia) and Anupam Kher who thinks exposing suffering of poor is India-Bashing. Dalits in India have no voice at all. All popular media shun them and 99 .99% dalit are hand to mouth earner, so they don’t have any leadership either. Dalit’s are so poor that in so called capitalist utopia they are not “target customer” at all. [Sanjeev: You could start by reading  Chandra Bhan Prasad. Yes, things are terrible for Dalits, that’s why I operate a number of FB pages targeting evil Hindu practices, but the ONLY hope they have is capitalism. Join me in spitting on ALL religions and insisting on human liberty and dignity.]

You are high caliber intellectual and 10000 times more active and hardworking but you are also privileged. [Sanjeev: It is true that I was privileged compared with many Indians. However, my fight is to ensure that every Indian becomes equally – indeed more – more privileged. The only way to achieve that is through greater, and yet greater liberty for all.] You are economist and live in individualist country were native population is still poor becouse they are too poor to fit in any “Target Customer” section of capitalism.  [Sanjeev: I have serious issues with the collectivist policies followed in Australia re: Aborigines; there continues to be a delusion among Australian policy makers that Aborigines must be kept out of the market system.] Adam smith is on your head than I suggest you to read his another book “The theory of modern sentiment.”

Blind faith on capitalism has created global warming for all while benefactors are very few. [Sanjeev: It is absurd to suggest that capitalism exist in the West: most of it is crony capitalism – and there’s a lot of socialist influence. Btw, global warming started WELL BEFORE the industrial era, so the hoax of “man-made global warming” needs to be evaluted on evidence. I’ve written a lot on it. Pl. read]. Yes there should be minimal government but you don’t let market decide everything. [Sanjeev: Clearly, you’ve not bothered to read BFN – or even the SBP manifesto. Pl. read it. Your assumptions about what I stand for are false, so your conclusions will be false.]

Little detail to educate privileged people like you about Reservation.
1) What is reservation ?
2) What raised a need to provide reservation?
3) Why was reservation constituted?
4) Does reservation is only for SC, ST, OBC ?
5) Is reservation helping in development of India or otherwise?

Let’s answer these;

1) What is reservation ?
Ans: Reservation is an insurance against oppressor caste’s
non-inclusion policy, it gives a right to inclusion to people
of oppressed caste in government bureaucracy, legislation and education institutions which they were barred based on Genetics. [Sanjeev: Reservation is nothing but coercion and violence. It uses government violence to impose a particular preference for someone over others. That’s fundamentally not a good thing. There are MANY other ways to deal with “non-inclusion”. The best is to use the markets and become rich. And SPIT on Hinduism. And all other religions. Kick religion out of your life. NEVER bother to enter a temple. NEVER bother to get the “blessings” of a “priest”. WHO the hell is anyone to imagine they are superior to you by birth. IGNORE SUCH DONKEYS.]

2) What raised a need to provide reservation?
Ans: Simple answer is Non-inclusion policy and absolute hatred attitude of people to treat fellow human being worst while worshiping animals. [Sanjeev: I agree there are a lot of vicious Hindus whose hatred for Dalits is to be seen to be believed. The solution is not to force such donkeys to “include” you; the solution is to use the free market and achieve success.]

3) Why was reservation constituted?
Ans: Dr Ambedkar knew from his lifelong campaign and struggle that Varna-Dharmi will never abandon their exclusion policy or non-inclusion policy; so he gave insurance by constitutional law against oppressor caste’s non-inclusion policy, it gives a right to inclusion to people of oppressed caste in government bureaucracy, legislation and education institutions which they were barred based on Genetics. [Sanjeev: You are only partly right. The reservation system was a BIG MISTAKE by Ambedkar. Of course, he only wanted it for ten years. But even that was a BIG mistake. There were many other – far better – ways of fixing oppression by stupid donkeys. Ambedkar was the greatest Indian born in the last 2000 years, but this was his BIG mistake.]

There were two main religion Adi-Hindu and Varna-dharmi.

Varna-dharmi’s had institutionalized non-inclusion policy for local Adi-Hindu population (there were no term as Hindu at that time though, just for readers understanding, native Indians are named Adi-Hindu here, they follow liberal form of religion and believed in divorce and remarriage of women etc .) You can read “Annihilation of caste” and other literatures (if you find any, because it don’t get published much because target audience is too poor to buy these, market rule win) [Sanjeev: You can find all of Ambedkar’s writings on my blog, here] for educate yourself what I mean by “non-inclusion policy”, you will not find any detail about in pop culture because it is considered Nation-Bashing now-days.

Before Independence there where big movement of Adi-Hindu as well as female and labor’s right. Contrary to popular belief Gandhi’s movement had only elite cast representation and they only wanted Britishers to go as well as some socialist agenda, on the other hand all-inclusive citizen’s right movement was well underway that was going by putting “Adi” before the province names e .g . Adi-Vindhya, Adi-Maratha, Adi-Rajputana etc.

Their goal was to give citizens rights against power of government and religions, No men or women above another. Dr BR Ambedkar was part of that movement and huge leader in that too. Dr Ambedkar wasted all of his life debating with all so called high caste and religious hegemony’s with reasoning and providing vedic and other proofs that present Hindu Dharma is all wrong but all to waste.

Britishers argument to their brit Democratic society for continuing occupation of India was that India needs Britishers because they can’t self-govern. Dr Ambedkar’s movement gained support from democratic groups from UK and some slave (east Europe) countries.

Dr Ambedkar’s movement was not of a value to so called Independence movement until Britishers declared to give Dalit voting right and representation in Central Legislative Assembly (Now days Parliament). Gandhi opposed it with fast till death and Dalits lost their shot at any kind of actual government representation instead of pity case Messiah from upper caste.

(Funnily Gandhi even believed that Dr Ambedkar was upper cast messiah for oppressed caste. Independence era congress has history of shunning anyone who don’t fall in line with Gandhi and Vallabhbhai Patel. Gandhi controlled masses and Vallabhbhai patel controlled fund raising. In 1921 dahod-zalod-jambusar, mostly dalit and adivasi majority area of nowday’s Gujarat struck with drought, Indulal Yagnik made detailed report of it. At same time Congress were busy fund raising one crore for “Tilak Fund”. Indulal Yagnik was interested to spend some money from Gujarat target, congress committee under Sardar Patel rejected it in first hand. Indulal Yagnik finished his gujarat target of 15 lakh. Indulal Yagnik was running Y0UNG INDIA newspaper and he just wrote a story about that to raise another money, Gandhi damage controlled and allotted Rs.1,12,0001- from very fund instead. Stage craft and deception is not new in Indian politics.)

Only the grandson of the Chattrapati Shivaji Maharaj, the founder of Maratha Empire in India did make 50% reservation for Adi-Hindu in his government and education and it was very successful attempt. At time of constitutional assembly when congress met Britishers to sought help for adviser and complier of constitution, Britishers suggested Dr. Ambedkar because he was already adviser in some of post WW2 Europian nation’s constitution and also an economist. [Sanjeev: I’m further impressed by Ambedkar, that he advised some post-WW2 European nations in their constitution. Can you pl. provide me with some references?]

Even in 2016 two major political party of India give dalit a ticket only on reservation basis (because they have to and not because they want to) and that to someone who is so much in “slave-mentality”. [Sanjeev: I agree – but you are describing the current rotten system, I’ve detailed its many other infirmities in BFN] It is strait forward No-reservation=continuation of Non-inclusion policy as per India’s great glorious past and great culture.

NOT ONE mainstream newspaper has bothered to ask why I left IAS and have worked for nearly 20 years in vain to promote liberty and prosperity in India. Solution? Do I complain? No. I write my own blog and books and communicate with whoever I can. Everything must start small. Don’t give me this nonsense about “dalits have no voice. Write your blog. Speak up.”] All popular media shun them and 99 .99% dalit are hand to mouth earner, so they don’t have any leadership either [Sanjeev: YOU be the leader. ONE is always where it starts from. To date, not ONE “dalit” has bothered to work with me to promote liberty. Even Chandra Bhan just talks. Why??? Shame. I don’t care for “caste”. I want people who want liberty, but women, Muslims and “dalits” seem to be scrupulously avoiding liberty.]. Dalit’s are so poor that in so called capitalist utopia they are not “target customer” at all. Dalits are not their target customer. Their newspaper exist to make money by advertising, Dalits are not their target audience.

Here is some of historic details that will shoe light to why forward sighted citizen’s right leader Dr Ambedkar and other activists made reservation an constitutional law:

4) Does reservation is only for SC, ST, OBC ?
Ans: Understand difference between merit, privilege and syndicate.
Tell there is no caste reservation in temple priest and all religious duties(I don’t want any rights just free me from religious duties), tell me there is no reservation in illegal banking market, tell me there is no reservation in legally owned real estate market(dalits are denied possession even if steady income, magistrates are living in dharavi slum, a lot have been wrote and recorded for Kashmiri pandits but I have yet to hear or read any article about crores of internally displaced dalits rotting in slums even in Capitalist Utapia of GUJARAT [Sanjeev: What nonsense. Gujarat a capitalist utopia!! It is socialist hell. There is NO capitalism in India; at best crony capitalism.) tell me there is no reservation in corporates which can easily be converted to closely held company with little paper-trail tanks to SEBI, tell me there is no reservation in cricket team , tell me there is no reservation in media and movies, tell me there is no 97% reservation in Indian foreign service(read intelligence agencies). Show me SC/ST/OBC judge elected from Bar Association and not from service. [Sanjeev: You are a useless complainer. Stand on your feet and lead India to freedom. The world was never without problems. What are you offering as a solution? Government violence? Sorry, I don’t agree. Let “dalits” be educated by the free market, compete and become rich in the free market, reject all forms form of religious nonsense.]

5) Is reservation helping in development of India or otherwise?
Ans: It is totally depend on your exposure and perception. If you think that 56% population (red state is not included because there is no census survey there) SC/ST/OBC’s development is not nations development than it is not helping in development of India. Without reservation my parent would not have able to read and wright even with inhuman discrimination. Without reservation my father could never had a job that gave pension, I would never would be writing this in english and in computer without my father’s job though he is as talented and educated as his peers. [Sanjeev: you are talking about a THIRD RATE socialist system, which is also why your English is quite ordinary. I’m talking about a system of liberty, which will RADICALLY IMPROVE the quality of education – and opportunity – for the poorest of the poor, who largely include “dalits”. It is a shame that you’re unable to understand why the poor of India under perform so badly. Your miserable education imparted by a socialist system has made you incapable of understanding how alternative systems can dramatically improve the lot of the poor – and the “dalits”. I encourage you to get out of your socialist mindset; understand the CAUSES of India’s plight and the plight of the “dalits”. When you are ready, you can join SBP and help lead India to freedom, instead of demanding a system of violence.]
