California Bill Moves to Senate Appropriations Committee …

AB 750 – Voted out of Senate Banking and Finance Committee

On Wednesday afternoon, July 6th, the Senate Banking and Finance Committee moved AB 750 forward to the Senate Appropriations Committee.

Senators Evans, Kehoe, Liu, Padilla and Vargas voted in favor of establishing a blue-ribbon commission to study the idea of California having its own bank. Senators Blakeslee and Walters voted against the bill. There were no Abstentions.
