India’s Car Industry is on the Move

I’ve explained why India will have amazing market opportunities in the coming decades.

Despite India’s problems, it will be one of the high growth markets among the emerging markets.

In the rest of this decade, you should expect the Indian market to gain strongly. I’ve created the model forecast by using India’s growth fundamentals. This includes urbanisation, market liberalisation and modernisation.

The opportunity in India is so big that its market performance will far outpace the Australian market and other developed markets. Even a weak market performance could see India’s stocks double over the next six years.

Consumers Can’t Lose

But let’s dig into India’s sectors a bit deeper.

In the past seven years, the sectors that did well on the Indian market included the auto sector, financial, consumer and metals.

In the past three years, apart from the industries that I just mentioned, a few other industries also performed well: fast moving consumer goods (FMCG), healthcare, IT, Oil & Gas, real estate and telecoms.

Basically, the whole of the Indian market did well over the last three years.
