2 Directors At Greenestone Healthcare Corp Resign

Effective June 15, 2015, Michael Howlett resigned as Director of Greenestone Healthcare Corp (OTCMKTS:GRST) and the Board of Directors accepted the resignation.

Effective June 17, 2015, Dr. Luke Fazio resigned as Director of Greenestone Healthcare Corp (OTCMKTS:GRST) and the Board of Directors accepted the resignation.

Each of Mr. Howlett and Dr. Fazio resigned without cause.

Greenestone Healthcare Corporation, together with its subsidiaries, provides medical services to patients in clinics in the city of Toronto and the regional municipality of Muskoka, Ontario, Canada.

The Company operates through two segments, Gastrointestinal Clinical Services, and Addiction and Rehabilitation Treatments. It focuses to provide addiction and after-care treatment services; and endoscopy and other specialized medical procedures. It also offers out-patient counseling, coaching, intervention, psychological assessment, and other related services. The Company owns 100% of 1816191 Ontario Limited and Greenestone Clinic Muskoka Inc (GreeneStone Muskoka).

The Company, through its subsidiary Greenestone Muskoka, runs the outpatient operation (Greenestone Yorkville). This operation provides follow up and aftercare services for clients of the Greenestone Muskoka Treatment Center, as well as clients that have been to other treatment centers.
