Was HAARP Missile Defense Test Behind Massive Bird Deaths?

I have been resting the past few days, but I wanted to speak about the bird death issue that has happened in Arkansas and Louisiana. This could have been a missile defense test since in my opinion caused by HAARP. What is HAARP? It is a High Frequency Active Auroral Research Program that can cause earthquakes, move jet streams that is known to manipulate the weather and possibly redirect incoming missiles as well. It is never talked about due to the sensitivity of the project.

Take a look at the map that I posted above and you will see that Arkansas and Louisiana are in a perfect line over each other. I suspect that this was a test to defend against a missile attack coming from the Gulf of Mexico and the electro-magentic field fried those birds from the inside out. Just like a microwave.

The 9/11 truther (useful idiots for the Russians) love to mention HAARP, but they never mention Russia and China’s version called Scalar. That spiral over Norway last year was Russian Scalar weapons and I believe that was Russia testing their ability to defend against an ICBM nuclear attack.

I am not buying it. Trust me, if the US Government wanted Wheeler dead, his body would not be in a dumpster.

Michael Savage had an excellent theory on Wheelers death and that is he was assisting in an SEC Investigation and someone wanted him gone. Wheeler could have been killed by Iranians or Russians due to his high level of ability when it comes to computer security. An Iranian nuclear scientist was assassinated last month in Iran and this could have been retaliation.

Wheeler was last seen walking around disoriented holding his shoe in his hand. He was apparently drugged and eventually murdered it seems. Wheeler does not seem like the type that would go leaking classified information about birds. The EU Times is notorious for spreading BS lies for Putin.
