Gun Owner Invites The News Media To Go Shooting

One gun owner in Phoenix is hoping to turn the media’s view of guns from a negative into a positive by inviting them to go shooting with him at a local firing range. Nohl Rosen who owns Panther TEK, a local computer repair company says he wants to show the public that guns are simply tools that when used responsibly can save your life.
“I think we need to eliminate people’s overall fear of guns. They need to realize that responsible gun owners like myself aren’t like the people they hear about on the news that are involved in violent shootings. In fact those who use guns responsibly to protect themselves, their homes, family, and businesses are definitely in the majority. Unfortunately the news media fails to show the difference between responsible gun owners and those who use them for violent intent. Maybe, by inviting members of the news media out to the range to see for themselves the positives of gun ownership they’ll see the difference and take that message to their audiences so there is less fear about them,” Rosen said.
Rosen says he’ll also have gun experts on hand as well to answer further questions about proper use of them and to answer any question a member of the media might have. Rosen has posted his offer to the news media online but none has yet accepted his offer. You can watch it at:.
