Thoughts on Alisyn Camerota Leaving FNC [Two Weeks Ago] Today

The “behind the scenes” politics at Fox News Channel (FNC) is like that of Congress. Everyone fights everyone else for the anchor positions at FNC. When they do not receive a plum position that they feel they deserve, they either sour or quit. I have seen many come and go over the past decade. However, they do put on a good game face to keep the good FNC image going. After all, they have the best-looking women in all of television media.
Bill O’Reilly and Sean Hannity hate each other. I have observed their body language and read between the lines for years before I came to this conclusion. You can tell where the coalitions are among the FNC family. Sean will move to either Florida or Texas in the next three years. He will garner a major position in either of those two states.
My guess is that Hannity will be given a principal, equity position with either Glenn Beck’s company (TheBlaze TV) in Dallas, Texas, or with Christopher Ruddy’s Newsmax in West Palm Beach, Florida, and his new 24/7 news channel that will eclipse FNC. If Hannity goes to TheBlaze TV, Megyn Kelly will follow suit a couple of years later. TheBlaze TV will also eventually eclipse FNC.
The FNC is going the way of the liberals and progressives too quickly to remain viable for very long. The FNC is bringing on too many raving liberals who just push their agenda instead of providing objective commentary. There are only two half way decent liberal commentators on FNC. I will let you guess who they are. Those commentators are the only two liberals to which I listen. They definitely are not Juan Williams and Geraldo Rivera. Geraldo claims to be a Republican, but he is a dyed through-and-through raving liberal.
Alisyn had the dual pressure on her that catalyzed her decision to quit, i.e., (a) she misses being with and raising her children during their crucial, growing years and (b) marital problems with her good husband. Because of too much pressure and stress on her family life, that has caused her to question where she is in life at FNC. Additionally, she did not receive a couple of plum positions that she really wanted; hence, she decided to leave instead of exist at FNC as a frustrated wannabe.

Better late than never doc. I would like to hear more from you on the important matters surrounding MSM. Such as, the fall out of MSM and the publics growing disgust for their half truth propaganda. The ramifications for these news organizations, which fail to report the truth, will be worse than the backlash against the crony corrupt politicians. MSM will suffer the same fate as the two party system. The whole country has been hijacked and everyone knows it.
Hi upchuck, I call the MSM the LSM (Lame-stream Media). Make a search of all of my articles. I have written several articles on the LSM. The LSM is the propaganda arm of the Obama administration. The Big Four is no different that the old Izvestia and Pravda of the Soviet Union. Today, even the supposedly objective AP is biased towards the Obama administration.
The MSM is derelict in their duty of protecting the American people and keeping the government on the straight an narrow. I do not watch the MSM any longer. I get my news from other sources by personal email, certain Internet publications, and conservative talk radio.
Interesting perspective on FNC, and perhaps you’re right on some of it. However, I think you’re WAY off on Megyn Kelly. She is pretty socially liberal. I could never see her aligning herself with Glenn Beck of all people.

Part of me wonders if Alisyn Camerota became privy to disconcerting information on upcoming events, thus decided to bail while she still has time to pack for the bunker. Most ego driven news-actors live for the fame. She loves the camera — enough to slide into a pool in a mini skirt on live TV. I’ll miss that…

I was shocked to see Alisyn go. She was my favorite. So witty and quick with her answers…I will surely miss her…I don’t watch Fox in the morning anymore because Gretchen left and now Elizabeth is there. I am sure she is a nice person but her voice and the expressions on her face are just annoying so I can’t watch….I hope to see Alisyn soon on something because she is great….

She is driven more by money, fame, and influence, not politics. If she was driven by politics, it would show glaringly like all the liberal women in FNC and in the Lame-stream media.
The “She” here means Megyn Kelly, not Alisyn Camerota.
