Media roils over Hillary Meme and tries to claim Mackey Jail sentence was for election misinformation

I thought the public might be interested to learn that ‘insulting a member’ of the global cartel will earn you jail time. That’s right people, crimes are on;ly permitted for the ruling class every one else will pay whatever penalties are desired. I think its obvious what is being done to Mackey, everyone else realizes but the blaggards who populate the American press.

Fact checking your post would ordinarily add credibility to the judicial decision but with the two tier justice system NOT hardly. Note the claim by USA Today Reporter Anna J. Frank:

“BREAKING: Twitter user Douglass Mackey sentenced to 7 months in prison after being found guilty of election interference for making memes disparaging Hillary Clinton,” reads the post, which links to a Post Millenial story making the same claim. It received more than 70,000 likes in two days. Another version of the post was shared on X by right-wing commentator Dinesh D’Souza and received nearly 1,300 shares. 

Oh really? note that anyone who does anything the jackass news media doesn’t like is a right-winger. I think the public has gotten enough of these vacuous cliche’s, I know I have. But it is different when a Congressional representative does it, right? Sheila Jackson Lee Tells Voters Wrong Election Date in TV Ad, doesn’t earn Jackson any jail time for election misinformation does it? How is this less significant than what Mackey did, eh?

Making memes disparaging political figures is not illegal. Mackey was sentenced for posting memes that encouraged Clinton supporters to vote via text message, which is not a valid way to vote. 

Note to the media blaggards, an elected Rep telling voters to vote on the wrong day should draw an equal or larger jail sentence; the variance being for sheer stupidity of not knowing. You don’t get it both ways.

The press interpretation and its judicial decision will NOT prevail. It is simply an attempt to vindicate the flaccid judge’s wacky decision on Mackey’s speech and since the left isn’t presenting anything Cogent here, has to resort to ludicrous interpretations of legal intent.

And the jury ultimately decided that Mackey’s memes went beyond political satire and intentionally sought to get people to vote using invalid methods, said Joe Tomain, a senior lecturer at Indiana University with expertise in free speech. “I think it’s fair to say if you had people on the left who were doing the same kinds of things, the statute would apply to them too,” Tomain said. “I don’t see this as a partisan issue.”‘  Both Volokh and Tomain said the conviction used a broadly worded criminal statute that outlaws conspiracy to “injure, threaten or intimidate a person … in the free exercise or enjoyment of any right or privilege secured by the Constitution or laws of the United States” – in this case, the right to vote.

No, it doesn’t because Sheila Jackson Lee is proof of the media’s hypocrisy and hostility by  ignoring her statement’s ramifications. The press is merely augmenting the plan to keep Trump from being elected and to destroy his followers.

The Constitution is the highest law of the land AND NO law can amend or ameliorate its content..

Because the law itself does not specify what is protected speech regarding elections, Tomain said he sees the First Amendment concerns by Mackey’s supporters as “legitimate.” Volokh and Tomain said a more specifically written law on the topic of election-related speech could help curb concerns of the broader statute being used to silence political speech in the future.

Oh bullshit! Speech is anything spoken. Read the wording of the first amendment Mss Frank, “CONGRESS SHALL MAKE NO LAW…” meaning good or bad. What part of ‘NO’ don’t you understand?
