What can we do to triumph over and conquer anxiety, especially when it is the ferocious kind of panic that takes our breath away? Transforming fear, whether it is the intense fear of failure, or fear that seems to come from no apparent origin, is exactly what the 12 Archangels of the Central Sun offer to help human beings STOP, SHIFT and CHANGE. These great and loving helpers are the co-creators of Schoolroom Earth, the place where courageous souls are plunged into the illusion of fear, and the belief that we live outside the heart of God. Our souls asks us to travel through dark days and nights of feeling vulnerable and lost only to discover, and rediscover, that we are always living in LOVE.

 
Conquer Anxiety by Transforming Fear

The 12 Archangels desire to share a lesson with humanity on how the power of forgiveness can transform a fearful state of mind. They begin by telling us that what we think is causing our anxiety is rarely what we actually fear.

The anxious mind loves to predict the worst-case scenario, seeing all the possibilities of what might go wrong in the future. This quality of the logical and rational “hemisphere” of the human brain wants to protect us by telling us we must balance our wishful thinking with the practical and potentially negative outcome of what might happen tomorrow or next year. The truth of the matter is fear blocks the flow of intuitive-common-sense grounding that is coming in from our higher selves. When we are focused on our anxiety and the negative possibility, we are not focused on love, gratitude and the positive possibility. It is the latter that connects us with the heart of Divine Oneness, and lifts our vibration to conquer anxiety by naturally filling us with trust.

So how do we shift ourselves out of the fear gear when our bodies are raging with panic and our minds are obsessing over the “what if” the worst befalls us, or someone we love? The 12 Archangels recommend that we ask the angels to go straight to the deepest root of the issue, the fear that a loving God does not exist to help us.
