For investment, it is better to buy what is cheap, which is the economy or comfort segment.”

Talking to ePlaza property listings, Igor Alekseev continues. “Such flats rise in price very well, so people buy them almost blindly. As a rule, people do not live in them, they make money on them by reselling them. That is why it is most profitable to invest in houses still under construction. They will be newer and more advantageous than what these stars have bought.

Finding a buyer for such an expensive home is difficult. After all, along with the cost, the demands go up. If you pay a decent price, you want to be satisfied with everything. The only people you can meet who are crazy about Dubai real estate are Russian celebrities. And here we are caught in a vicious circle.
