Quayle Alert: "Something Is Up" - Unusual 'Sniffer Airplane' Flying Extremely Low 200-300 Feet Above Ground Level Over Orangevale California, Near Sacramento

Today, Sept 9,,2019 here in Orangevale where I live, which is
right outside of Sacramento, California, I saw an airplane that looks just
like the radiation sniffer plane (that is in the picture that accompanies
this article) flying at a very low altitude (which it was maintaining
without landing gear deployed) where no plane ever descends because the
airport is way farther away than where this plane was going and it wasn’t
even the right direction.
It had the very distinct space shuttle-like nose
cone and it appeared to be translucent with instruments that were barely
visible inside.
I’ve never seen anything like it and this is coming from
someone that spent their childhood living right next to an major Air Force
base and has spent a lot of time at airports.
I don’t know whether there
was an correlation with this or not, but bizarrely, I smelled a strong odor
that smelled like an electrical fire which ceased to fill my nostrils once.
I left the vicinity of the local post office that I saw this plane fly over
and freaked me out because it almost looked and smelled like the plane was
going to crash 200-300 feet from where I was.
Something is up and it’s got
me rattled because it doesn’t feel right.

this same plane has been seen zig zaggin all over the san andreaes earthquake fault–before a large quake there are huge releases of methane gas–google and you should be able to find the flight pattern that somebody posted from track a plane–i saw it leaving the san fernado valley going up I-5,very low
