Rap and ELF

Maybe music can be – has been – weaponized? 

I literally can’t stand to be in the same room – in the same vicinity – where there is rap “music” playing. The repetitive droning monotonous ugliness of the extremely low frequency beat that can be physically felt and which is a much-desired attribute of this form (note, never any melody, a characteristic of music).

Brrrrrooom… brrrroooom…brrrroooom.

It seems to impart a stupor in fans of the form. I certainly can’t maintain a coherent train of thought when subjected to it.

Did you know that extremely low frequency (ELF) sound waves can cause physical damage, including (apparently) trigger earthquakes?

Is it not interesting that the primary characteristic of rap is ELF “beats”?

Brrrrrooom… brrrroooom…brrrroooom.

Could it be the auditory equivalent of fluoridation? A subtle, ingenious means of degenerating the cognitive capacity of the masses?

Has it ever occurred to you that higher music forms tend toward the treble (and high frequency) side of the scale?

Does bass correlate with artificially induced imbecility?

I think it just might.

Could David have been carved with that playing incessantly in the background? E=Mc2? The ballistic trajectory of a Saturn V?

Instead, the dull eyes of the masses focus on the Kardashians and fuuuuhhhhhhhhtttttttball.

Brrrrrooom… brrrroooom…brrrroooom.

As America enters its death spiral, rap is fitting accompaniment. Mindless, barbarous, ugly.
