When we had a week with the Porsche 991 Carrera S last year, we enjoyed it immensely and brought back lots of video from both the street and the race track. Despite our feeling that the 997 was really the perfect size and the 991 is creeping into “too big” territory, there’s no denying the driving experience is top notch.

So, what happens when Porsche adds 75 horsepower, a 9,000 RPM redline, and a bunch more grip? The GT3. And although we’re not cool enough to be on Porsche’s list for the press car, we happen to have some really cool fans like Shaun who will give us a bit of seat time in their personal car.
