The Tesla START program prepares new people for a career at the company. It includes small classes with 15 students to 1 mentor and 8-hour daily schedules. The program is 14-16 weeks of intensive curriculums, built to provide people with skills for a career at Tesla.
Tesla offers its STAR program across the United States, partnering with colleges nationwide.
