Australian Prime Minister Tony Abbot ramps up the ‘Fear Porn’, by warning that the nation would have to sacrifice freedoms for security against terrorism in what he called these “darkening times”.

It would seem that Tony Abbot does not subscribe to the philosophy of Benjamin Franklin who counselled, “People willing to trade their freedom for temporary security deserve neither and will lose both.”
