The Truth About the TPP & how they are stealing from our Public Land Educational Trusts

To sum it up in a nutshell, the TPP is the largest “Trade Pact Treaty” ever signed in history.  Basically our Congress met with “International Multi-Billion Dollar Corporations” behind closed doors and made “International Trade Treaties”. These trade deals are putting thousands of dollars in our politicians back pockets. But the real kicker is this, if these TPP “Stakeholders” come to do business in Texas and if any of our State statutes interfere with their bottom dollar profits; they can then file suit against the taxpayers (WE THE PEOPLE) of Texas. The TPP internationalized our ports; which explains why Presidio County Courthouse no longer provides “notary services” or “public record filings” which only happens when acting under the International Treaty which operates under the world court of The Hague. You will discover that all these “Stakeholders” including Energy Transfer Partners all reside on Congress Ave. right next to our State Capitol.

Due to “Legislative Appropriations” Land Commissioner Patterson & Governor Perry in 2011 approved for billions of dollars from our PUBLIC LAND TRUSTS to be used for “Infrastructure” of the TPP.  Commissioner Patterson removed all accounting duties from the State School Board. In the past the PUBLIC LAND TRUST generated billions of dollars for our Texas Schools & State Universities. On average 80% of our local schools operating dollars came from these TRUST and communities had to come up with the other 20% by county property taxes.  Today due to the funds being used for the TPP, our schools are only receiving 30% of operating cost and communities are now being expected to come up with the remainder 70%.  This scenario alone has County officials doing drastic contract agreements such as selling our water and etc. in order to bring in monies. But before we move forward we must first define a few things.

GOVERNANCE:  all processes of governing, whether undertaken by a government, market or network, whether over a family, tribe, formal or informal organization or territory and whether through LAWS, norms, POWER or LANGUAGE. It relates to the “processes of interaction & decision making among the ACTORS involved in a collective problem that lead to the creation, reinforcement or reproduction of SOCIAL NORMS & institutions.

COUNTY GOVERNANCE occurs in 3 broad ways:

1. Through networks involving PUBLIC-PRIVATE PARTNERSHIPS (PPP) or with the collaboration of community organizations.
2. Through the use of MARKET MECHANISMS whereby market principles of competition serve to allocate resources while operating under government regulation:
3. Through top-down methods that primarily involve GOVERNMENTS and the STATE BUREAUCRACY.

I also discovered that the Texas General Land Office who is the TRUSTEE for our PUBLIC LANDS TRUST is executing mineral leases and is demanding that “Royalty Interest” be paid IN KIND in gas or electric then he turns around and sells it back to Texas Consumers for massive profits.  I also discovered that the Texas GLO is bundling our Veteran’s Land Mortgages as investment securities and selling them in secondary markets which is just like the MER Corp. scandal of two years ago that created Texas Counties to get involved massive class-action lawsuits against the big banks.

Our PUBLIC LAND Permanent School Trust is also being used to execute “pre-arranged land flips” in order to manipulate & gain control of natural resources and our “ground water”.  Our Texas Parks & Wildlife whose lands come from our PUBLIC LAND trusts are also executing land swaps where “land corporations or oil men” are gaining access to our WATER.

May I remind you that ever transaction in our PUBLIC LAND TRUST must be done with the highest of integrity & transparency for the COMMON GOOD OF ALL TEXANS.  Which it is obvious that our Governments are choosing “Profits over the People”. So you may ask, how do we stop these CRIMINAL acts?  It is actually very simple, for we have the evidence to show a “breach of contract” under FIDUCIARY RESPONSIBILITY which carries the “highest” standard of care under the law.  WE THE PEOPLE can demand FULL AUDITS and file claims against the elected official’s surety bonds in order to re-coup the billions of stolen funds.  And this can be done in a non-violent & peaceful manner. Accountability cannot exist without proper accounting practices; in other words, an absence of accounting means an absence of accountability.

To be “governed” is to give our responsibilities to Government.  But when in the Course of Human Events the ONE people come together and ASSUME their responsibilities and declare “I DO NOT CONSENT TO BE GOVERNED” in order that we stop the crimes being committed against HUMANITY; our elected officials must step down.
