CEASE & DESIST / LAND CLAIM

 Consider this letter as a “Demand” to all listed parties above as well as all corporate officers of such corporations to halt all purportedly illegal activities of Governance (CEASE) pertaining to lands held in TRUST (Permanent School Fund) or the (State University Fund) including other lands ceded to Texas under the Guadalupe-Hidalgo International Treaty, and well as all Trans-Pacific Partnership Agreements, and port lands given to the US Federal Government and not to take it up again (DESIST) permanently.

 “Piracy” under International Law is the crime of robbery, or other act of violence for private ends, on the high sea or in the air above the seas, committed by the Captain or crew of a ship or aircraft outside the normal jurisdiction of any nation & without the authority of any government.  The persons who engage in acts of piracy are called “Pirates”. Piracy is recognized as an offense against the law of nations.  It is a crime not against any particular state, but against all humanity. The crime may be punished in the competent tribunal of any country in which the offender may be found, or carried, although the crime may have been committed on board a foreign vessel on the high seas.  The essence of piracy is that the “Pirate” has no valid commission from a sovereign state, or from an insurgent or belligerent government engaged in hostilities with a particular state.  “Pirates” are regarded as common enemies of all people.  In that nations have an equal interest in their apprehensions & punishment, pirates may be captured on the high seas by the armed vessels of any state & brought within its territorial jurisdiction for trial in its tribunals.

As a bloodline descendant of the Tribe of Bedais (The Tribe of Judah) of the Big Bend territory of TEXAS; I Oshawanna White Eagle acting as a “Representative of the 12 Tribes” declare that the act of “Piracy” has taken place by the above listed entities and their corporate officers. In order to prove my ancestral DNA bloodline, one first must take a look at various past stages of history:

ANCIENT PAST:

The nation of Israel consisted of 12 tribes who each designated their own territories. Israel was united by a common bond, the Covenant which stated they should have no “king” but God. A Monarchy was not part of their system because a “king” is regarded as a form of idol. They were ruled by a Judiciary who became Sophia according to gnostic text which is more commonly known today as “Mother Earth”. They were also given (3) commandments applying to other nations.  They should not covert the territory of other nations, steal from them or kill them.  Killing was only permissible in self-defense. And they should not worship foreign Gods, which included “kings” of other nations who regarded themselves as “gods” with a divine right to rule. Israel broke the covenant when they demanded a “king” which led to a nation being split in two. Known as the KINGDOM OF JUDEA and the KINGDOM OF ISRAEL.  They broke the Covenant on every commandment and Judea had become a fascist state where they forced the other tribes to their will, denied them of their lands, denied them of due process, & subjected them to slavery. Judea was eventually invaded and taken to Babylon in captivity & the Hebrew Tribes scattered. With the bible being considered the “Supreme Statutes” of these lands of the U.S. today, I use the following scriptures.

Isaiah 11:12 (KJV) – And he shall set up ensign for the nations, and shall assemble the outcasts of Israel, and gather together the dispersed of Judah from the FOUR CORNERS of the earth.

Ezekiel 27:21 (KJV) – And say unto them, Thus saith the Lord God; Behold, I will take the children of Israel from among the heathen, whither they be gone, and will gather them on every side, & bring them into their OWN LAND.

You can find the outcast of the Tribe of Judah as the native descendants of the tribes of Texas as well as other tribes of the North American Continent. For these tribes believed in the One Universal Creator & followed the teachings of Christ. The real reason that the Priests & the Herod Kings feared Christ was that he would convince the Hebrews that followed him of their rights to the “land title deeds” of the Northern Kingdom. As documented in the antiquity writings of Marco Polo; as he followed the same journey as the Native American Indians (who are the bloodline of Cane) through the Siberian Bridge, he found many indigenous people who knew the teachings of Christ.  Please see the attached Wikipedia description of the TERRITORY OF JUDEA and you will find it is giving a geographical description of TEXAS.

The Big Bend of Texas is referred by my native ancestors to as the belly-button of our Earth Mother.  Our native prophecies tell that there will be a re-birthing of humanity as ONE tribe of humanity. Our ancient teachings tell us we are symbiotic with our Earth Mother & we are like children in a womb. And it is the umbilical cord that is the life source to a child in the womb of a Mother. And it is not surprising that every geological formation in the world exist in the Big Bend.  Modern day geologist have determined that the Big Bend is the “true” FOUR CORNERS based on the 4 volcanic eras of the area. The infamous native pictograph “Talk Rock Shelter” tells the story of how ancient bloodlines that have crossed with the black figure of a man, for our Hebrew ancestors were of black skin. In the book of Enoch, that the Catholic Church removed from the bible, states that one must carry one drop of blood of our Universal Creator, and to be considered NATIVE, one must carry the Ancient African blood.

TEXAS PAST:

As documented in the Texas State Historical Association archives, the Tribe of the Bedais were the oldest known Hebrew Tribe of the territory now called TEXAS and they were referred to as the “True” Texas Sovereigns. The Bedais more commonly known as the Hebrew (Tribe of Judah) fled Israel due to their religious beliefs that they chose to worship One Universal Creator rather than fall under idolatry of a king & its golden calf. But like all other American Indian Tribes, their tribe, language and lifestyle would be wiped out by the Spaniards acting on behalf of the Vatican Church & the Crown that arrived on Ships (Vessels of the Sea) through the southern ports to claim their lands and to mine their gold and silver. Their monetary system which was backed by the stolen gold & silver quickly replaced the “Barter & Exchange” system of the Natives forcing the people to worship the “golden calf”. The Spanish conquerors had documented that the Bedais people as well as the other tribes of the Antigua & Jumano were agriculturalists in 1718 & 1720 and spoke eloquently the Hebrew language & were known for their Greek & Phoenician ways. Therefore under maritime law, to grow crops means one has “colonized” a territory; therefore meaning the land conquerors were acting as “Pirates”.

You will find by the 12^th Century, European “political thinkers” who conquered these lands believed that a “Monarchy” was an ideal form of governance. This was because it IMITATED on earth what God had set for the Universe. For they created a mirror image of what was used by the “Ancient Hebrew Tribes” who were the “True Sovereigns” of these lands. The Spaniards forced the Indigenous people into Catholicism and forced them to become subjects under the “crown” or otherwise they would have been slaughtered. Spanish sir names were forced upon them upon ripping from them their ancient Hebrew teachings that taught them that DNA lineage could only be passed by a Mother.  Due to a child in the womb that carries two DNA lineages of its parents can only be brought forward into creation through the womb.  The Spaniards brought Ethiopian slaves on their ships where they cohabitated with the Natives who were also forced into slavery. But many of the indigenous people fled to the mountains in South America whose descendants came back across through what is known today as the Mexico border into the United States at a later time in history; which is how there are living descendants today. This can also explain how the Mayan tribes received the teachings of Christ and why their temple prophecies match those of the temples of Egypt.

TEXAS PRESENT:

Today the “Lands” of Texas and all of Native Tribal Reservation Lands of the North American continent are held in TRUST for the COMMON GOOD OF THE PEOPLE, so they say, and operate from the Spanish & English Laws of their conquerors. But after researching the “true” meaning of these laws; it clearly states that we have a “Superior Lordship” acting on our behalf who reigns above us. This practice dates back to the Tudor era where under the “king” people were heavily burdened by an imposed “death” tax on their estates.  They found a loophole into the law and created Trust assigning trustees to manage their assets. But these trustees began to embezzle & misappropriate its funds.  The common law court were established in order to handle these disputes, but it was decided the people would have the “use” of their lands and “Superior Landlords” would reign above them.  This is known as the mortgage today. This is exactly how the trustees of these lands today get away with eminent domain. The ancient text of the bible refers to this process as using “mischief in law”.

The lands held in trust in all 50 states are to be managed so that they provide perpetual educational dollars for the children. But due to “legislative appropriations” of the “Superior Lordships” those funds are being used to build infrastructure in relation to the TPP Agreements which is only condemning our innocent blood.  These agreements are nothing more than “trickle-down” corporate agreements that create massive profits for those of this world who have regard themselves as “gods” with a divine right to rule, plunder & rob.

Therefore, the “Pirates” known as The State of Texas & its Texas General Land Office acting as a Fiduciary for the Public Lands of Texas have granted miscellaneous easements to build the Trans-Pecos gas Pipeline through the Big Bend and run it under the Rio Grande into Mexico to then be exported to other countries.  It is only that these lands that are fraudulently held under TRUST as possessions of the Crown; that they act as “Superior Lordship” in a Fiduciary capacity; which under the law carries the highest standard of care which they have “breached” in all areas of fiduciary responsibilities. F.E.R.C. who has approved the permit to run the pipeline under the Rio Grande River is only able to do so due to old “Spanish Laws” that give ownership of river beds to Governments. The U.S. Customs & Border Protection have been given the  responsibility of tracking the import/export interests of the TPP agreements that ensure no price undercutting that would manipulate currencies. As well this protects the interest of the US Government who given these ports by the state to charge international tariffs. There “false” borders only separate us from our tribal family of humanity.

The definition of Indigenous Peoples are anyone who has historical ties to the land.  Today that is all of us due to the bloodlines of both kingdoms have crossed therefore making us that ONE tribe of humanity.  In accordance with the Torah that incites Israel to return, inciting the “bride”, and inciting the people to abandon “monarchy”, reinstating the “Covenant” & restoring Israel. The very foundation of a nation itself. I “new” covenant that would be written in the hearts & minds & where they would LOVE one another, all the 12 tribes of Israel. Direct knowledge of the Creator through the Holy Spirit and not through a priest.

Indigenous rights are those rights that exist in recognition of the specific condition of the indigenous peoples. This includes not only the most basic human rights of physical survival and integrity, but also the “Preservation of their Land, Language, Religion”, and other elements of “cultural heritage” that are a part of their existence as a people. This can be used as an expression for advocacy of social organizations or form a part of the national law in establishing the relation between a government and the right of “self-determination” among the indigenous people living within its borders, or in international law as a protection against violation by actions of GOVERNMENTS or GROUPS of PRIVATE INTERESTS.

Under “self-determination” of my personal DNA test (that is attached) shows I have the ancient African & Jewish blood that proves I am Native Indian, but also I have the DNA lineage of being Phoenician & Greek which is the ancestral tie to the Tribe of Bedais.  As a descendant, who has been given the ancient teachings of Christ which I share with the people today as a Native American Healer, reinstate the Covenant of Israel.  My husband of the Shoshone Nation (Tribe of Dan) and myself being of the Tribe of Judah who is pregnant with a child seals this covenant & bares more proof that we are ONE Tribe. Therefore, I am acting as a representative of the 12 tribes that grants me the ability to “Demand” that all activities of the above referenced parties CEASE & DESIST immediately due to the “Indigenous Rights” of the people of the territory have been violated; a “Land Claim” demanding the return of the lands to the Ancient Hebrew Tribal Clans who came together 1864 and created a new “Tribe” in Culberson County; where the lands & its resources will be restored to the ONE people. And where our “Indigenous Rights” allow us to worship our ONE Universal Creator & preserve our heritage once again. Therefore the land title of the National Park of the Big Bend that was transferred to the United Nations by the U.S. Department of Interior which created an International Bio-sphere; was never theirs to give away.  Consider the return of these lands to be included in this Land Claim. Consider all International Treaties within these lands “null & void” & have all “pirates” evacuate these territories immediately.

O Lord God, to whom vengeance belongeth; O God, to whom vengeance belongeth, shew thyself.

² Lift up thyself, thou judge of the earth: render a reward to the proud.

³ Lord, how long shall the wicked, how long shall the wicked triumph?

⁴ How long shall they utter and speak hard things? And all the workers of iniquity boast themselves?

¹⁶ Who will RISE UP for me against the evildoers? Or who will STAND UP for me against the workers of iniquity?

¹⁷ Unless the Lord had been my help, my soul had almost dwelt in silence.

¹⁸ When I said, my foot slippeth; thy mercy, O Lord, held me up.

¹⁹ In the multitude of my thoughts within me thy comforts delight my soul.

²⁰ Shall the throne of iniquity have fellowship with thee, which frameth mischief by a law?

²¹ They gather themselves together against the soul of the righteous, and condemn the innocent blood.

²² But the Lord is my defence; and my God is the rock of my refuge.

²³ And he shall bring upon them their own iniquity, and shall cut them off in their own wickedness; yea, the Lord our God shall cut them off.

My ancient Hebrew teachings tell me that “true” WISDOM is only gained when lessons of the past of mistakes are learned to ensure that history does not repeat itself. Therefore, consider me as one who is exercising my Indigenous Rights by RISING UP for my family of humanity and the Universal Creator & STANDING UP against the workers of inequity who commit crimes against humanity. Therefore, I demand that the International Justice Courts take these PIRATES into captivity & in order for justice to be served they must be prosecuted in the “tribunal courts” of the ONE people known as the RAINBOW Tribe; a tribe of many colors located in the territory of Texas.
