This is seen in their own countries first and foremost, so they are simply helping the Russian camp who have no intention of going along with it.
The plan has failed to work on this Russian, Chinese Axis but it appears they are going ahead with the global plan regardless.
This will see a conflict, if not actually engaged in a hot war with guns and bombs, an economic war which they seem to be losing.
