The two enemies of the people are criminals and government. So let us tie the second down with the chains of the Constitution so that the second will not become the legal version of the first.” – Thomas Jefferson

Czar Van Jones the Communist – the Poster Child of Obama’s Appointed Czars

President Obama’s Green Jobs Czar, Van Jones, became embroiled in a controversy over past inflammatory remarks abruptly resigned his White House job after what he calls a “vicious smear campaign against me.” Disclosed without advance notice by the White House in an e-mail minutes into Sunday on the Labor Day holiday weekend, the resignation came as Obama was frantically working to regain his footing in the contentious healthcare debate. After the resignation, White House spokesman Robert Gibbs said that Obama did not endorse Jones’ comments but thanked him for his service. Gibbs said, “What Van Jones decided was that the agenda of this president was bigger than any one individual,” adding that Jones “understood he was going to get in the way” by becoming a liability to the administration. Gibbs had spoken on September 6, 2009, on ABC’s “This Week” (Newsmax, 2009).  Apparently, Obama threw him under the bus, as the White House did not come to his defense.

Scott Wilson and Garance Franke-Ruta (2009) of the liberal Washington Post wrote that Jones’ position did not require Senate confirmation. Hence, he avoided the vetting that cabinet officials receive. That resulted in the revelation of a very controversial past that caught the White House off guard. A White House official said, “He was not as thoroughly vetted as other administration officials.” “It’s fair to say that there were unknowns.” Jones had joined the Obama administration in March 2009 as special adviser for green jobs at the Council on Environmental Quality (CEQ). He had issued two public apologies in recent days. One apology was for signing a petition in 2004 from the group 911Truth.org that questioned whether Bush administration officials may have “deliberately allowed 9/11 to happen, perhaps as a pretext for war.” The other apology was for using a crude bodily orifice term to describe Republicans in a speech he gave before joining the administration.

Wilson and Franke-Ruta (2009) further wrote that Jones’ one-time involvement with the Bay Area radical group Standing Together to Organize a Revolutionary Movement (STORM), which had Marxist roots, had also become an issue. Additionally, on September 5, 2009, his advocacy on behalf of death-row inmate Mumia Abu-Jamal, a convicted felon, of shooting a Philadelphia police officer in 1981, threatened to develop into a fresh point of controversy. Fox News host Glenn Beck had launched the drive against Jones and all but declared war on him about a group Jones had founded in 2005, ColorofChange.org, led an advertising boycott against Beck’s show to protest his claim that Obama is a racist.

Ryan Grim (2009) of The Huffington Post, an extremist, left-wing website, wrote that Van Jones, while under fire from the “extremist” television show host, Glenn Beck, has resigned from the administration for his background in radical activism. The saga began with Glenn Beck, a talk show host for Fox News, who hammered at Jones relentlessly during August 2009 for his radical past. Jones never denied his past affiliation with the radical left. In the ‘90s, he was involved with the STORM group, which sympathized with Maoist-inspired peasant movements throughout the world to protest police brutality. For Beck, however, Jones’ past statements were evidence that Obama is secretly marshaling a cadre of lieutenants pushing an agenda that is “radical, revolutionary, and in some cases, Marxist.”

Grim (2009) went further to write that it’s exceedingly unlikely that Beck will be satisfied by Jones’ resignation, seeing evidence that he was correct in his assessment of Obama’s radical lieutenants. “Jones is the tip of the iceberg,” said Beck. Once Beck made Jones a target, a series of revelations put him in political jeopardy. Someone asked Jones in February 2009 as to why Republicans were successful in blocking Democratic legislation despite Democrats wildly outnumbering them, Jones said, “The answer to that is, they’re assholes.” Jones went on, “And Barack Obama is not an asshole. So, now, I will say this: I can be an asshole, and some of us who are not Barack Hussein Obama, are going to have to start getting a little bit uppity” (Grim, 2009).  It is amazing to see this low caliber of people working at the top echelons of the Obama administration. Furthermore, this is just the tip of the proverbial iceberg.

The Obama administration could not defend Van Jones. Therefore, instead, they “threw him under the bus.” Glenn Beck (2009) said, “Unfortunately, I guess that means they agree with the information we’ve presented on people like green jobs ‘czar’ Van Jones. He’s an avowed communist and radical activist who co-founded the communist group STORM.” The group STORM describes themselves and their activities as:

We upheld the Marxist critique of capitalist exploitation. We agree with Lenin’s analysis of the state and the party. And we found inspiration and guidance in the insurgent revolutionary strategies developed by third world revolutionaries like Mao Tse-tung and Amilcar Cabral.

Good riddance to bad “communist” garbage! We must purge the rest of those radical, extremist, and tax-evading criminals from the administration. This is the worst failed presidency I have seen since the Republican Nixon and Democrat Carter failed presidencies. That is what happens when you have nothing but a bunch of power-hungry, money-grubbing crooks, liars, cheats, and/or perverts running the government.

When the righteous are in authority, the people rejoice: but when the wicked beareth rule, the people mourn. ~ Proverbs 29:2

In The Washington Post, Charles Krauthammer (2009) had a different take on Van Jones. Jones is in the White House no more. Why? He is gone for one reason and one reason only. You can’t sign a petition demanding not one but four investigations of the charge that the Bush administration deliberately allowed September 11, 2001 – i.e., collaborated in the worst massacre ever perpetrated on American soil – and be permitted in polite society, let alone have a high-level job in the White House. Unlike the other stuff, this is no trivial matter. It is beyond radicalism, beyond partisanship. It takes us into the realm of political psychosis, a malignant paranoia that, unlike the Marxist posturing, is not amusing. It is dangerous.

In America, movements and parties are required to police their extremes. Bill Buckley did that with Birchers. Liberals need to do that with “truthers.” But on the eighth anniversary of 9/11 – a day when there were no truthers among us, just Americans struck dumb by the savagery of what had been perpetrated on their innocent fellow citizens – a decent respect for the memory of that day requires that deranged truthers, who desecrate it, be asked politely to leave…by everyone (Krauthammer, 2009).

Czar Kevin Jennings Promotes Gay Agenda

Bob Livingston (2009) wrote in the Personal Liberty Digest that a former schoolteacher and long-time gay rights activist, Kevin Jennings, was named Obama’s Safe Schools Czar. He has accused Baptists, the Boy Scouts of America, and sports fans of anti-gay bias. He advocates a special high school for gay teens and gay-straight alliance clubs for every high school in America, according to a report in CNSNews.com. He believes that kindergartners should be taught to respect all sexual orientations while insisting that “ex-gay messages” and “Christian values” are misused to isolate or denigrate lesbian, gay, bisexual, and transgender people and have no place in the nation’s public schools, CNSNews.com reported. Oh yeah, he also supports pedophilia. He also has praised Harry Hay, a defender of the North American Man-Boy Love Association (NAMBLA), which promotes the legalization of older men sexually abusing young boys.

Pete Chagnon and Jody Brown (2009) of OneNewsNow.com wrote about a grassroots organization that is dedicated to preserving America’s Judeo-Christian history and values is calling for the resignation of one of President Obama’s appointees. In May 2009, Barack Obama selected Kevin Jennings to head the Office of Safe and Drug-Free Schools at the U.S. Department of Education. Jennings took office in early July 2009. He is also the founder of the controversial and pro-homosexual Gay, Lesbian, and Straight Education Network (GLSEN) as well as author of several books on homosexual rights and education.

Bishop E.W. Jackson, president and founder of Staying True to America’s National Destiny (STAND), wrote a letter to President Obama calling for Jennings’ resignation [for full disclosure, Jackson is Black]. Jackson says that Jennings, as head of GLSEN, was involved in a cover-up. The incident, as Jackson explains, involved a 15-year-old boy named “Brewster” who allegedly met an older adult male at a bus stop, went home with the man, and had sexual relations with him. Brewster later told Jennings about the incident. Jackson explains what happened next. “Kevin Jennings – rather than questioning the boy about who this man was, calling the authorities, reporting it to the school officials – his response was, ‘I hope you remembered to use a condom,’” Jackson said. “And…according to a book that he later wrote, [Jennings apparently] encouraged the kid in the relationship and said that every time he saw him after that he was smiling, [that] he had a big smile on his face,” Jackson continued. “And apparently the relationship went on for quite some time with this man.” Edited by Jennings, that 1994 book is One Teacher in Ten: Gay and Lesbian Educators Tell Their Stories (Chagnon & Brown, 2009).

Czar Mark Lloyd Works to Stifle Talk Radio

Bob Livingston (2009) reported on Personal Liberty Digest that the FCC Diversity Czar Mark Lloyd is also known as the man who wants to stifle free speech in America like Hugo Chavez does in Venezuela. On videotape, Lloyd said that the Chavez revolution in Venezuela was almost lost because of the privately owned media. Chavez, of course, is the Marxist dictator of Venezuela, who is a close friend of both Communist dictator Fidel Castro of Cuba and Islamic terrorist dictator Mahmoud Ahmadenijad of Iran.

Livingston (2009) further reported that, in 2006, while at the liberal Center for American Progress, Lloyd wrote a book entitled, Prologue to a Farce: Communications and Democracy in America. In it, he presents the idea that the government should charge all private broadcasters with licensing fees at a rate equal to their operating expenses, and that money should go to the Public Broadcasting System (PBS). In a 2007 report entitled The Structural Imbalance of Political Talk Radio, Lloyd complains that people want to listen to Christian and conservative talk radio rather than liberal radio, and lists ways the Federal government can fix the “problem.” His solution would include caps on the number of local stations a corporation can own, ensure greater local accountability on radio licensing, and require owners who fail to fulfill their obligations to pay a fee to support PBS.

Glenn Beck (2009) said that The White House has not even bothered to spin the information we presented on FCC Diversity Czar Mark Lloyd. This guy actually lamented the fact that non-state-run radio stations prevented the “incredible” revolution in Venezuela. Lloyd has talked about balancing out the airwaves – and that is not just conservatives, that is everyone who does not agree with the state. Again, the White House is not disputing any of this. That should frighten you. Especially in light of the story on Drudge (on August 28, 2009) about the bill that would give Obama emergency control of the Internet. Wait, that sounds familiar – Oh yeah, that’s “czar” Cass Sunstein’s idea.

Czar Cass Sunstein Works to Stifle the Internet

Bob Livingston (2009) reported in the Personal Liberty Digest that the U.S. Senate had confirmed Cass Sunstein as Administrator of the White House Office of Administration and Regulatory Affairs. Sunstein is a Harvard Law School professor and dingbat who has – in writings and speeches – called for a ban on all hunting and claims that lawyers should represent animals in animal abuse cases. He is a socialist who has advocated gun control and heavy regulation of the Internet. He also wrote in his 2008 book, Nudge: Improving Decisions about Health, Wealth, and Happiness, that he believes that the government should harvest people’s organs without their consent. Sunstein would like to see personal email communications regulated by the government and believes the Internet is anti-democratic because of the way users can filter out information of their own choosing.

Kyle Smith (2009) of the New York Post wrote that, when it comes to the First Amendment, Team Obama believes in Global Chilling. President Obama had appointed Cass Sunstein, a Harvard Law professor, to a shadowy post that grants him powers that are merely mindboggling. He explicitly supports using the courts to impose a “chilling effect” on speech even though it might hurt someone’s feelings. He thinks that the bloggers have been rampaging out of control and that we need new laws to corral them. Advance copies of Sunstein’s new book, On Rumors: How Falsehoods Spread, Why We Believe Them, What Can Be Done; went to reviewers ahead of its September 2009 publication date. However, considering the prominence with which President Obama has endowed Sunstein, his extremist views are now fair game. Sunstein is President Obama’s head of the White House Office of Information and Regulatory Affairs. The bland titles are those that should scare you the most.

Smith (2009) further wrote that the Wall Street Journal reported the following: “Although obscure, the post wields outsize power. It oversees regulations throughout the government, from the Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) to the Occupational Safety and Health Administration (OSHA). Obama aides have said the job will be crucial as the new administration overhauls financial-services regulations, attempts to pass universal health care, and tries to forge a new approach to controlling emissions of greenhouse gases.” Sunstein was appointed, no doubt, because of the success of Nudge, his previous book, which suggests that government ought gently to force people to be better human beings. Czar is too mild a world for what Sunstein is about to become. How about “regulator in chief”? How about “lawgiver”? He is Obama’s Obama.

Furthermore, Smith (2009) wrote that Sunstein dreams of an impossibly virtuous America: “We could also imagine a future in which those who spread false rumors are categorized as such, discounted, and marginalized . . . people would approach rumors skeptically even [when] they provide comfort and fit their own biases.” However, if his chilling wind does not work, Sunstein may try to make good on the implicit threat that runs through his book: that he would redefine libel as the spread of false information and hold everyone up the ladder responsible. If this happened, the blogosphere would turn into Pluto overnight. Comments sections would slam shut. Every writer would work on a leash shorter than a shoelace. Sunstein is an enemy to every news organization and blogger. We should return the favor and declare war on him.

Czar John Holdren is Anti-family

John Holdren, Obama’s Director of the White House Office of Science and Technology Policy is not only an abortion supporter, he is an abortion nut who believes that compulsory abortions could be sustained under the existing U.S. Constitution if a population crisis arose. He also supports mass sterilization of the U.S. population through lacing the country’s water supply with drugs. Holdren authored with two other people a book called Ecoscience promoting their loony ideas about population control and One-World Government – or what they called a Planetary Regime – to regulate international trade, the food supply, and determine the optimum population for the world (Livingston, 2009).

David Freddoso (2009), commentary staff writer at The Washington Examiner, wrote that President Obama’s Science Czar, John Holdren, took a controversial and amoral approach to the science of population by recommending mass compulsory sterilization and even forced abortion (and/or forced marriages) under certain circumstances. His 1977 tome, Ecoscience, which he co-authored with Paul and Anne Ehrlich, also displays a revealing disregard for the institution of the traditional human family.

Freddoso (2009) further stated that Holdren encourages government to wage an effective war on the family in America. It begins with the abolition of “pronatalist” policies and continues with their complete reversal. Some Americans might cite the Founding Fathers and argue that a government whose policy is to make war on the family in the name of science has clearly overstepped its mandate. That was not the opinion expressed by John Holdren, the man President Obama has put in charge of the nation’s science policy.

Chai Feldblum to EEOC

Bob Livingston (2009) reported in the Personal Liberty Digest that President Obama had nominated Chai Feldblum to the Equal Employment Opportunity Commission (EEOC). Feldblum had signed a radical 2006 manifesto endorsing polygamous households and argued that traditional marriage should not be privileged “above all others,” according to a report in the Catholic News Agency. According to a statement from the White House, Feldblum has worked on “advancing lesbian, gay, bisexual, and transgender rights….” She is co-director of Workplace Flexibility 2010, which she described at a UCLA symposium as a homosexual rights group that aimed to change the American workplace and revolutionize social mores, according to a report on the WorldnetDaily website.

Cecelia Munoz Directs Intergovernmental Affairs

Livingston (2009) further reported that, now White House Director of Intergovernmental Affairs, Cecelia Munoz was previously senior vice president of The National Council of La Raza, the largest Hispanic lobbying organization in the country, which has called national anti-immigration groups as “hate groups.” La Raza, which literally translates as The Race, both funds extremist groups and supports illegal immigration as a way of obtaining political power. The group advocates taking the Southwest United States to create a new Hispanic state.

Conclusion

The Axis of Evil (Obama, Pelosi, and Reid) is what you have when the “foxes are guarding the henhouse.” That is what we have right now. Evil prevails only when good men (and women) do nothing. Only after a coup will heads roll, and all of the traitors (including the great imposter) will be tried and executed. This is a scenario for a quasi-fictional book.

If Obama were the anti-Christ, he would want his records hidden. If he were the Manchurian Candidate, he would want his records hidden. If he were a president without a country, he would want his records hidden. If he were born in Kenya, he would want his records hidden. I see right through that façade and see a possible traitor who will move us to become a Marxist-socialist state. At that point, impeachment will be in order.

Thus, here are my top 10 reasons why I am thankful to be a true Constitutional Conservative:

  1. I believe in smaller, indeed, even a small government.
  2. I believe in lower taxes, tax cuts, and frugal spending.
  3. I believe in free enterprise, free markets, competition, and capitalism.
  4. I believe in marriage being only between a man and a woman.
  5. I believe in pro-life, not killing innocent, unborn babies.
  6. I believe in capital punishment for convicted criminals of horrendous crimes and in supporting the victims, not the criminal.
  7. I believe in being a strict constructionist in interpreting the U.S. Constitution.
  8. I believe in freedom, liberty, and keeping the government out of our daily lives.
  9. I believe in reducing the national debt.
  10. I believe in term limits for U.S. senators (1 term only) and representatives (2 terms only).

Hence, we conservatives must work hard to “weed out the chaff from the wheat” in both the Obama administration AND the Republican Party. If we allow the government to include communists, Marxists-socialists, extremists, left-wing liberals, radicals, tax cheats, and/or perverts, then we have nobody to blame but ourselves. Therefore, we will continue the drive to run the rascals out of office on November 2, 2010. Let the liberal Democrat Party own a big tent to house all of these traitors, subversives, and undesirables.

It does not require a majority to prevail, but rather an irate, tireless minority keen to set brush fires in people’s minds. ~ Samuel Adams, Statesman and political philosopher
