Breaking news! Supreme Court of CA to rule whether Obama should be declared illegitimate for the U.S. Presidency due to his use of forged IDs and a fraudulently obtained CT Social Security number. Loss of 55 CA electoral votes will certainly mean new elections in the U.S.
After originally refusing to hear the case under the original jurisdiction, Supreme Court of California was persuaded by Attorney and Candidate for the U.S. Senate Dr. Orly Taitz to take on a case Noonan, Judd, MacLaren, Taitz v Bowen under the provisions of the California Constitution, which allow Supreme Court of California to hear special cases under the Original Jurisdiction. Docket excerpt is below. Case number is S 207078 Noonan v Bowen. Attorney Orly Taitz.
This case is brought on behalf of four plaintiffs, all of whom have perfect standing. Edward Noonan won the American Independent Party Presidential Primary in CA and certificate of his win was submitted to the court. Keith Judd is a Democratic Party candidate for the U.s. Presidency, registered with the FEC, he was a runner up to Barack Obama in West Virginia Democratic Party Primary with 40% of the vote, Thomas Gregory Macleran was a Republican candidate for President, registered with the FEC. Attorney and Doctor Orly Taitz was a candidate for the U.S. Senate in CA.
This case has two premises.
First. Plaintiffs provided the court with evidence of nearly One and a half million invalid voter registrations in the state of California. Such a large number of invalid votes justifies STAY of certification of the results.
Second. Plaintiffs provided evidence of Candidate Barack Obama committing massive elections fraud by using forged IDs and a fraudulently obtained Connecticut Social Security number 042-68-4425, which was never assigned to Obama and using a name, which is not legally his, as he is listed under the last name Soebarkah in his mother’s U.S. Passport and there is no evidence of him ever legally changing his name from Barack Obama Soebarkah to Barack Obama. Additionally, in his school records in Indonesia his citizenship is listed as Indonesian, not American. There is no record of him relinquishing his Indonesian citizenship and gaining the U.S. citizenship. Even if one were to believe that he arguendo changed his citizenship from Indonesian to American later in life, he would be a naturalized citizen and not natural born. Additionally, plaintiffs provided the courts with a sworn affidavits of Maricopa county, AZ investigator Mike Zullo, who is currently conducting a criminal investigation of forgeries in Obama’s IDs, and who attested that Obama’s birth certificate, Selective Service certificate and Social Security card represent forgeries. Similarly, Plaintiffs provided affidavits of Sheriff Joseph Arpaio, Senior Deportation Officer John Sampson, experts Paul Irey, Douglas Vogt and Felicito Papa and investigator Susan Daniels, all of whom are attesting that Obama’s IDs are forgeries. Affidavit of Assistant Clerk for the City of Honolulu Timothy Adams attests to the fact that there is no birth certificate for Barack Obama in any hospital in Hawaii. Statement of the Minister of Health of Kenya, James Orenga attesting to Obama’s birth in Kenya and Obama’s own biography submitted by him to his literally agent in 1991, stating that he was born in Kenya and raised in Indonesia. Plaintiffs are stating that if this court does not STAY the certification of the election results, this court will commit treason against the United States of America by allowing a foreign national, a citizen of Indonesia and possibly still citizen of Kenya to get in the position of the U.S. President and Commander n Chief by virtue of fraud and use of forged IDs and a stolen Social Security number.

Sacramento, CA – The corrupt California Supreme Court has proved once more that they care little for the rule of law and the Supremacy of the Constitution, and instead, make up “opinions” as they go along. The Supreme “bozos” denied a fair hearing on the Writ of Mandate of Petitioners Noonan, MacLeran, Judd and Orly Taitz regarding the illegal alien who had usurped the White House and seized the reins of the office of Commander-in-Chief.

This is the same court that violated their Constitutional oaths of office by ruling in a 2008 Pro-Sodomite case. In this other opinion, written by former Chief Justice Ronald George, they cited the court’s 1948 decision in Perez v. Sharp that reversed the state’s interracial marriages ban. The court found that “equal respect and dignity” of marriage is a “basic civil right” that cannot be withheld from sodomite couples, that sodomite sexual orientation is a protected class like race and gender, and that any classification or discrimination on the basis of sexual orientation is subject to strict scrutiny under the Equal Protection Clause of the California State Constitution.
It is also the same court that has a close association to Mr. Soetoro (aka BHO). One of the Associate Justices, Goodwin Hon Liu (Chinese: 劉弘威; pinyin: Liú Hóngwēi) recently served on the education policy and agency review teams of the pResidential transition of Mr. Soetoro.
Liu had a former relationship with Mr. Soetoro. Wikipedia states of Mr. Liu, “On February 24, 2010, pResident Barack Obama nominated Liu to fill a vacancy on the U.S. Court of Appeals for the Ninth Circuit.[2] For more than a year, Liu’s nomination languished, amid significant opposition from Republicans in the U.S. Senate. On May 19, 2011, the Senate rejected cloture on Liu’s nomination in a 52-43 vote,[3] and on May 25, 2011, Liu informed President Obama that he was withdrawing his name from consideration to the seat on the Ninth Circuit, telling the president that “With no possibility of an up-or-down vote on the horizon, my family and I have decided that it is time for us to regain the ability to make plans for the future.”[4] On July 29, 2011, President Obama formally notified the Senate that he was withdrawing Liu’s nomination for the 9th Circuit.”
“On July 26, 2011, Governor Jerry Brown nominated Liu to a seat on the Supreme Court of California, succeeding Associate Justice Carlos R. Moreno.[6] He was sworn in on September 1, 2011.[7]”
With the above in mind, one can see that our Court system is completely corrupt. I have had a long run-in with the corrupt judicial system.
I was a litigant in a 2003 CA Court of Appeal – Third Appellate District case, and have for a long time understood the corrupt nature of the California court system. In the California Elections code it stated that a “deputy voter registrar” could go anywhere in any county, to register people to vote. The California Elections Code states: 2103 (b) “It is also the intent of the Legislature that county elections officials, in order to promote and encourage voter registrations, shall enlist the support and cooperation of interested citizens and organizations, and shall deputize as registrars qualified citizens in such a way as to reach most effectively every resident of the county. The persons so deputized shall be permitted to register voters anywhere within the county, including at the places of residence of the persons to be registered, and the county elections official shall not deny deputy registrars the right to register voters anywhere in the county.”
So the courts have a long history of not obeying the law, and not obeying the Constitution. Most Judges are thugs and opportunists. The denial of a fair hearing at the Supreme Court level is par for the course. The paperwork for this case was filed on December 4th and it was rejected two days later on December 6th. It does not sound like there is much honor nor integrity in this “Supreme Cesspool.” (These are just my personal opinions and my personal comments.)

Several states that obama ‘won” on November 6th have announced they will not be sending electors to the Electoral College until they are certain obama did indeed win. There are so many rumors and official accusations of election fraud that these states want to be absolutely sure who actually won before declaring an OFFICIAL winner.
Here’s something interesting. If, and that’s a big IF, some states do not send their electors to the College, and IF no candidate gets the 270 required electoral votes, the Constitution states the selection of the president is determined by the House of Representatives and the selection of the vice-president is determined by the Senate. THEORETICALLY, this means, based on the current composition of Congress, Romney could become president while Biden could become vice-president.

She has a low batting average because every lawsuit, except one, was dismissed for “standing,” meaning the person filing had no legal grounds to file the suit. In the other case the judge made an arbitrary ruling after refusing to decide the case on its merit: That means judge simply refused to look at the evidence. This case will be hard fought because Democrats know hat if just ONE state declaes obama ineligible then that ruling can be used as legal precedent to reverse election results in every state obama “won” on November 6th.

Supreme Court denies Noonan v. Bowen/Soetoro Petition for Writ of Mandate/Prohibition
Sacramento, CA – The corrupt California Supreme Court has proved once more that they care little for the rule of law and the Supremacy of the Constitution, and instead, make up “opinions” as they go along. The Supreme “bozos” denied a fair hearing on the Writ of Mandate of Petitioners Noonan, MacLeran, Judd and Orly Taitz regarding the illegal alien who had usurped the White House and seized the reins of the office of Commander-in-Chief.

Sounds like an attorney and U.S. Senate candidate misrepresented a little here. I mean, obviously the California Supreme was was persuaded to do nothing. Since this was filed with the court on Dec 4 and closed on the 6th – paperwork was filed and prompted rejected. But hey, create an entire article based on a false premise – there’s a lot of people out there that believe an accusation is true because it’s made. I sure hope they never get on jury duty.
We should have the Supreme Court examine Obama’s documents and shut the mouth to all the covering-up, frauding people out there.

I went to the California Court Website and accepted the terms of agreement so that I could search opinions. I searched both the name and the case number in published and unpublished opinions and I found nothing.
All the information that I can see online is that the STAY was denied and the case closed and the court gets away without publishing the reasoning in the opinion. This cannot be.
I don’t know the freedom of information laws for California but it seems to me there is something that the people can do and that is to demand to see the opinion.
If anyone knows the proper way of doing this, please post it. I think lots of people need to demand to see the opinion. The court shouldn’t be allowed to think it can simply close down a case without having to answer to the public.
