I mean these judges that either refuse to hear these cases or simply dismiss them as fast as they come across their bench have got to have something happen to make them realize that there will be no mercy granted when this “the biggest fraud ever perpetrated in the history of mankind” blows up. And it will. The schemers and planners behind this sick & twisted attempt to take over this country know that it is now or never, do or die so to speak. They know that to fail now would mean that their kind will be driven back into hiding once again for another 100 years or so. Maybe even longer this time as the damage they have done is so extensive. I think they also know that it is all falling apart as well. Nothing is going right. The people refuse to cooperate at every turn. They won’t jump on the war wagon anymore no matter how many dead children are shown on CNN. They won’t riot so the military cannot be brought in and Martial law declared. They won’t turn on each other. They are figuring out that the “external terrorists” are not the big bad boogie men hiding around every corner with a weapon of mass destruction in their pockets. They actually fear their own government more than they do any terrorist. They are realizing that the “so called by the government” domestic terrorists are actually their friends, neighbors, relatives and sometimes even themselves. Their beloved unions have finally started to realize that patriotism and country mean more than anything the union can promise so they are turning on them. The attempt to seize guns has failed miserably. Everytime something bad happens with a gun, whether staged or not, the people do the exact opposite of what the “experts” said they would do. What is wrong with the people? The college egg heads with all their charts, graphs and statistics said that they were supposed hate guns and turn them all in. Hell, instead they cleaned out all the guns for sale and the ammo. Everywhere the government turns they’re getting caught red handed doing something completely illegal. And the fact that government people aren’t going to jail isn’t being overlooked either. Names are being taken. And for all you crazy racists & terminal freeloaders that cause so much trouble and divisiveness, you know who you are. Well after the Trayvon fiasco they realized it had the opposite effect. No matter how many race bating, racist, shakedown artist, muslim reverend “spokesmen” you sent in and all the liberal biased media hit jobs done, the innocent man was still acquitted “regardless of his skin color” and the one who had already chosen a life of drugs, violence and crime, got a permanent room at the Hotel 6 Foot Under. No, we won’t leave the light on for ya. You could say a majority of the country are on to your little racist games and we’ve had enough. Yeah you “spokesmen” got awfully quiet after your unlimited hypocrisy came to light. I bet you started thinking “aw sheet, they is on to us now. We best be lyin low for a while.” You and your codependents alone have nearly bankrupted this country financially and morally. No handout is ever enough. No advantage is great enough. No concessions or apologies is ever enough. Then everything you are handed you destroy. And no group of people as ever reached the epitome of stupidity that you have achieved. Do you want to know the most damning thing that has ever happened to an administration? Yeah, it has happened to the one in power now. It is so terrible on one hand but the epitome of ironic humor on the other I cannot help but to laugh. Our great grandparents are rolling over in their graves over this one. So what is it that is so unbelievably damning? For the first time in the history of the USA the American people trusted and believed a “supposedly” former Soviet KGB Officer and current leader of Russia more than they trusted their own government. And over the very serious issue of going to war. Can you believe it? That goes for democrats, republicans and the president. How, after that indisputable show of complete lack of trust and respect by the people, our “leaders in all parties” can show their faces is astounding. Especially that John Medal Throwing Kerry. Good Lord I could go on and on pointing out all the cracks in these traitors plans. Oh, and speaking of the lord, religion is on the rise too. All you religion hating people out there. Just how does religion in any way harm you? If religion helps some, comforts others, gives meaning to many and hope to those that are hopeless, how does that harm you? How can that offend you? So you don’t believe. Big Fffn deal. Don’t go to church. Don’t read “in God We Trust” on the money. How about you STFU and spend all that energy actually doing something to help others. Having religion harms you in no way. But, on the other hand your wanting religion removed from peoples lives hurts many. You have to be the ultimate in selfishness and narcissism. Despite all the effort to stop it, it grows. Want to know a little secret you anti-religion people out there? The more you try to stop it, the more it grows. So as a semi-religious person I want to say thank you. Good people are waking up. They are seeing what is happening, what has happened and more importantly, what will happen if they don’t put their collective feet down and say STOP. So all you judges, for whatever reason, that you have chosen to forsake your oath, the tides they be a turning and you have picked the wrong side of history to make your stand. This goes for all of you police officers and military personnel too. You know who you are also. You cops that dress up in all your battle gear and would sell your neighbors God given rights just to keep wearing that badge and that gun. You military guys & gals that are “Just following orders.” You took an oath and by God whether it’s now or later you will be personally held accountable for your decision to either stand behind your word or forsake it. Two things are certain. One is that great change is upon us. Secondly those that have chosen this time to destroy this nation, nullify it’s constitution and subjugate it’s people and resources will fail. They know it as well but will they stop? No. As with Napoleon, Hitler, Pol Pot, Mao Zedong they cannot. History must play itself out. As usual innocents must suffer and die. Traitors will be ferreted out and heroes made. When the battle is won there will be parades, speeches and statues erected for the new forefathers that will arise. Heroes will be men and women who either killed many, saved many, exhibited extraordinary courage, etc, etc and movie actors, comedians, sports figures, etc, etc will just be entertainers. New things and old things that were thought to be lost will come to America. The most notable of which will be pride. Pride, nearly forgotten because the pain and suffering necessary to initially have it has been forgotten will be restored. Nothing can match the feeling of accomplishment when you personally have had to fight and suffer to win your own freedom. With that comes pride. Good luck to you and yours in the days to come. Almost no courts have agreed to hear cases involving the President’s legitimacy. Most cases have been refused for “lack of standing”, with truly bizarre rationale. One is left with the conclusion that the courts don’t want to hear these cases, and if one is occasionally heard, it will not be judged for the plaintiffs.

Why?

My guess is not that these judges are part of some grand conspiracy. Rather, I guess that most of them strongly suspect that there is something very wrong. They’ve formed their own little inner-circle conspiracy. I surmise that the justices and judges of the Supreme Court, the Federal Districts Courts, and related lesser courts have among themselves made a compact of silence on the matter.

Why?

It’s because they know better than anyone the ramifications of finding the President ineligible for his office. Such a finding would leave the federal government without an executive branch, without a large piece of the judicial branch, and with every bit of legislation signed into law by the President in the past five years, void.

Consider:

* Every appointment to the executive branch would be null and void. Every appointment or hiring by those appointees would be void; and on down the line. A large chunk of the executive branch would just disappear.
* Same with every federal judge and supreme court justice appointed in the past 5 years.
* Every piece of legislation signed by the President in the past 5 years would be null and void.
* Same with every executive order.
* Every appointment in the military would be nullified.
* Every order given to the military would be nullified.
* … and many more …

The point is, a finding that the President is ineligible would lead to a Constitutional crisis of the greatest magnitude. It could well be the complete undoing of the United States government.

The judges seem to be of the opinion that enduring a few more years of an ineligible President is preferable to the alternative.

Today is the 17th. Did this happen? Did the shootings cover it up? Was this another incident that was promised just to stir the pot?
