Next hearing for Attorney Orly Taitz before Judge Hanen is March 31st, 2015 1:30 Central time

Previously Taitz asked Judge Hanen to postpone the hearing or allow her to appear by phone, as she has a problem paying for travel to Texas. Judge Hanen did not want to postpone the hearing but allowed Taitz to appear by phone. The hearing will be March 31, 1:30 Central standard time.

No. 7]. The Court grants Plaintiff’s Motion in part and denies the Motion in part. Plaintiff’s request to postpone the Initial Conference is denied. The Initial Pretrial and Scheduling Conference will remain scheduled for March 31, 2015, at 1:30 PM. Plaintiff’s request to appear telephonically is granted. Counsel for both Parties may appear telephonically for the Conference and are ordered to coordinate with the Court’s case manager, Cristina Sustaeta, concerning telephonic appearance.
