What Will The Supreme Court Decide About Your Freedom?

The following is an excerpt from my new book:

‘What the Hell Happened to America?

I would like to present this little excerpt so my readers can get an idea of what this man in the White House is doing to our country.

Andrew Jackson was  a powerful man and a man of great principle.  One of his famous quotes is below.

“All the rights secured to the citizens under the Constitution are worth nothing, and a mere bubble, except guaranteed to them by an independent and virtuous Judiciary.”

I really like the quote because it comes right at a time whenour Supreme Court debates the outcome of Obamacare and we the people know not the results of their decision.  Every person in this country must understand that the passing of Obamacare was one of the major steps toward the government taking over the country and reducing it to nothing more than a

third-rate nation.  The outcome of this law is exactly what our founders warned us against. It is the great stepping-stone of depression, and the end of this country.  Few if any people realize the outcome of this insidious debasement of liberty. 

At this writing the Obamacare bill will be settled in one month.  I will have the book out and on the market but it will not be available in time for the Supreme Court decision. 

If you are a thinking individual, then you must understand that Obama’s interpretation of the Commerce law gives him, the President of the United States, the right to pass any law he desires circumventing all your individual freedoms.  Under the conditions proposed by Obama and his Healthcare bill, you will have no individual freedom whatsoever. Obama’s idea of people’s rights begins with what the government is willing to give you.

Think about it this way.  Any commerce that travels across state lines is automatically controlled by the federal government.  There has never been a time in the history of our country where the government could create commerce and then order you to buy it until Obama.  Obamacare is a mandate for you to purchase commerce created by the government, plain and simple.  The commerce the government will order you to buy is the commodity, healthcare.  If you do not purchase this commodity you will be fined $2,500.00.  There will be no appeal and no arguing.  The fine of $2,500.00 is only the beginning of your pains with this administration.  If the $2,500.00 is not enough to satisfy the cost of healthcare the fine will be raised, as will healthcare costs.  There are no limits set on how high the fines or cost will go. 

Every person reading this must understand, if the government has the power to order you to purchase a commodity under the commerce law then the government can order you to purchase any commodity they wish under that same law.  If the Supreme Court upholds Obamcare it will give Obama the right under the Constitution to order you to buy any commodity he so chooses.  None of you who want this healthcare bill upheld has even the tiniest inkling of what I am talking about.

The commerce law has never been used for forcing the American public to purchase anything, but now Obama is saying he has that power and he means to enforce that power over you.  His law mandates you buy a commerce ordered by the government.  Right now that commodity is healthcare, but tomorrow it will be something else, anything the government decides.  We might be forced to purchase a more fuel-efficient automobile like the Volt or you could be and probably will be fined for noncompliance with a government order.  Do you understand the power you have given this man?  You will have no choice in the matter.  This government will have the power to completely control your life right down to what you eat for breakfast and what you think about at night.   You will have no rights whatsoever. The Obamacare bill removes from you, the individual, all your unalienable rights.  Listen to Andrew Jackson when he cries out for the freedom of the people, when he

weeps for our losses.     

“I weep for the liberty of my country when I see at this early day of its successful experiment that corruption has been imputed to many members of the House of Representatives, and the rights of the people have been bartered for promises of office.”

If anyone deserves to be put out to pasture this next election it is Obama.
