No balloons falling from ceiling at DNC maybe condoms??
Since the DNC had to move back indoors they did not have time to order thousands of balloons to fall from the ceiling at the conclusion of the BIG speech. So compliments of PP they will supply millions of condoms to fall from the ceiling upon cue. Compliments of our tax $$..
