An Open Letter to the Liberal Media

Dear Mainstream Media,

In this time of the most important Presidential election in the history of the United States, you are letting down the American people, who have for so long trusted you to be our defense against tyranny in our government. You continue to run cover for a man who is very likely the worst President in our 237 year history.

The latest foul-up you are ignoring is of course the incident at the Benghazi “consulate” and the cover-up by the Obama administration. This is one of the two most egregious illegal acts by the Obama administration, the other being “Fast And Furious.” Given the nature of these two Obama administration failures, I would think, as I am sure most of the American people would think, that you would attack with great resolve. After all, many people have lost their lives due to these two Obama endeavors. Yet you are silent.

You went so far as to help hide Mr. Obama’s past during the 2008 election, when you simply looked the other way, though some of you engaged in an organization called “Journolist” in which many of you actively hid the truth.  You buried facts about Mr. Obama’s relationships with nefarious characters like terrorist Bill Ayers, and America hating Reverend Jeremiah Wright, but most of you were just silent on issues.

But, today, you continue to go about your business as if Border Patrol Agent Bryan Terry was never murdered with a weapon that the administration smuggled directly to the drug cartel hit man who killed him. Further to that, you are actively helping the administration cover up the facts surrounding the attack on the Benghazi Consular/CIA Compound, the facts surrounding the gun smuggling that was actively taking place, and the deaths of four (4) Americans; Ambassador Christopher Stevens, former Navy SEALs Tyrone Woods and Glen Doherty, and Embassy Information Officer Sean Smith. In fact, I would venture to guess, that if I were to ask Rachel Maddow, Chris Matthews, Ed Schultz, Lawrence O’Donnell, Brian Williams, or Fareed Zakaria to name all four of the murdered men from the Benghazi incident, they couldn’t do so.

You have a responsibility to protect the United States from tyranny. Elijah Lovejoy and many other news men died doing just that. Yet, you glibly ignore your duty in the name of your political ideology. What is wrong with you? What has happened to the Journalism schools in our country that have turned you all into political operatives for your party of choice? What makes you think you have the right to propagandize daily when you go to print, or on the air? And since when have you become gods who dictate how our lives will go? How dare you?

There are, all over the world, real journalists who are regularly tortured and murdered for telling the truth. You disgrace them each time you claim to be journalists. During tumultuous times in history, as tyrants arose, from Russia to Vietnam, to Nazi Germany, there have been real journalists who, in their zeal to inform the public were rounded up and summarily executed. They died doing that which was right, and undertaking actions that followed in the spirit of a free press. They were journalists. Elijah Lovejoy was a real journalist. You are but bought and sold propagandists. You must have a hard time sleeping at night. It must be difficult to look in the mirror.

Oh, I am sure you have no problem cashing your paychecks. I am sure that each time you drink a $300 bottle of scotch at a club, or hand your Porsche keys to a valet at your racquet club, you feel pretty good about yourselves. But when you read about a real journalist in Russia who is poisoned to death for telling the truth, you must just cringe. You must wonder a whole lot what it feels like to be a journalist-to have a “deep throat” you meet in a back alley, risking life and limb, to report the truth to the public, to be a real hero. You must ache each time you get your talking points memo from the White House each day. You must absolutely hate being someone’s sycophant, especially a guy like Obama who uses people and when he is done throws them away like so much garbage. You must lie awake at night wondering if tomorrow will be the day he discards you, as he has done to so many before you.

You will not learn. You will not heed my words. You will continue telling lies. You will continue to be that sycophant who is told what to do by a petulant child, who has half your education, and 1/5 your intellect, because without being that person, you are a zero. You may have a show that 300,000 people a night watch, but you will never have an informed viewership like some others who tell the truth. You won’t have people who actually respect you. And some day, when your children are reading the history of America under Obama, and the truth about the deceit and destruction that you abetted while being a propagandist for this President, your kids will ask you why. Your answer will be hollow. Your answer will be “so you can go to Harvard son, so you can go where I went to college, and be indoctrinated by the same washed up America hating hippies who indoctrinated me. I did it so you could live in New Haven, in this giant eleven bedroom house with your brother and mother and I. I did it so you can have that BMW I bought for your 16^th birthday.” And he will say, “what about America dad? How could you do that to our country? How could you protect a man like him? How could you be complicit to putting 60 million people on food stamps, and putting 20 million people out of work?”

You will have no answer for him. You will have the same answer for him that you have for us. Silence. You have no excuse for ignoring the tenets of Journalism. You have no excuse for being totally un-objective. You have no excuse for turning your backs on 310 million people who were counting on your to protect us from people like Barack Obama and his crew of misanthropes.

In the end “Journalists,” you have helped to impede America to such an extent that you have also aided in destroying the world. All these years you have been either silent to protect Obama or Clinton, or you have attacked Republican presidents for walking into doors, or attempting to defend the US in a way you didn’t like, so you made up stories, and ran with half-truths. You have made us unsafe. And here’s the kicker: in the process you have made yourselves unsafe and your children unsafe, and have solidified a future of slavery to debt for us all.

Your money won’t last forever, and ratings, not reporting skills, determine if you keep your jobs. Most of you have never been beat reporters, and you wouldn’t know how to do it. There are only so many Democrats in the country who can hire mouthpieces like you guys at any given time. Your lack of foresight is nearly as problematic as your desire to lie to the American people.

May god have mercy on your souls, because we Americans won’t. If it gets too much worse here, you guys are the first ones that America is going to turn on. Ever wondered if you fall into the “Useful Idiots” category? I have, and you do. Good luck. In the meantime, grow a conscience and start telling the truth. You will be immediately liberated, and won’t be thrown to the wolves by Obama when the ship takes on more water.
